Ca 'Franceschino is a cozy cottage in stone situated in the hills of the Metauro valley, surrounded by the green but at the same time part of a small hamlet. The apartment, about 150 square meters, spread over several levels and consists of a large open plan living area with fireplace, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a covered terrace of about 10 square meters with a wood stove and the walled garden of 300 square meters with barbecue.
