A ski room and a laundry room are available in the house, as well as a parking space in the nearby park garage (ca. 300 m). A car is not necessary, as the apartment is situated in the center of the glamorous holiday resort of St. Moritz.

The ski lift to the famous Corviglia mountain is only 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. Cross-country skiing tracks start at the lower end of the village on the frozen lake. Bars, restaurants, evening entertainment and shops are literally in front of your door.

Possibility for Wellness with sauna, steam, fitness and massage in the Wellfit aerea of the Hotel Crystal, 2 minutes walk from the apartement (not included).
