The Space
My place is located in the center and heart of beautiful Sofia and a perfect starting point for sightseeing around the city. You can reach the best Sofia tourists attractions (Church of St. Sophia, Roman Rotunda, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Russian Church, Sofia Synagogue, Ivan Vazov National Theatre, National Palace of Culture, etc.) on foot in ten minutes and enjoy a wonderful walk in the historic center, which is full of Bulgarian restaurants where you can enjoy a traditional meal.
My place is located near the Mall of Sofia and Vitoshka Street which is closed off to vehicles and one of the most fashionable shopping streets with cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is where I love to hangout and full with people walking and a great place to people watch and highly recommend.

All rooms have windows!  It is Quiet in the middle of a central vibrant neighborhood.

I can suggest the best restaurants, clubs and activities….at least for me they are my favorite. If you like massages, Anita my masseuse is amazing and only 25 Euro for an hour deep tissue massage and a few blocks from my apartment. Whatever advise you need in Sofia I am the man and it's my pleasure to help and know that I was able to be part of an enjoyable experience in the city I love!
I have a very sweet old lady that has been helping me for 10 years and she can come clean and cook daily for 4 Euro per hour!
I have two expensive bicycles with chain and lock that can be included for an additional 10 Euro rental per day and I can have additional bikes provided from my friend who owns a bike shop. There are some free Sofia biking tours that I can recommend. I love cycling and regularly ride to Vitosha mountain where the antena is which can be seen from the city and called Kopitoto. I along with 11 Bulgarians rode my bike 55 days over 3,000 kilometers from Sofia to London in the summer of 2012 arriving 2 days before the summer Olympics and it was amazing!
I have a friend that is a part time tour guide, mountain climber, adventurer and that can show you around Sofia or anywhere in Bulgaria. He can take you to some of the best and exclusive clubs in Sofia that you may not be able to get in unless with a local and the owners are friends and people I know and you will be treated as VIPS!
If I am in Sofia will be a pleasure to show you around but most I live between Austin Texas, Sofia Bulgaria and Lemnos a Greek Island where my mother lives and I grew up as a child and where my grandfather, great and great great grandfather were born and buried. In fact, Lemnos is an undiscovered island and not far from Sofia and only a 4-hour drive to Kavala and 4-hour ferry to Lemnos and I can coordinate an amazing place to stay at my mothers or a glamping safari tent I recently purchased on one of the best beach on the island which is St Johns beach!
