Komfortable Wohnung gesetzt wenige Gehminuten von Santa Maria Maggiore und dem Kolosseum, in der Nähe von Transporten, die Ihnen erlauben, die anderen Teile zu erreichen, wenn die Stadt, in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants:
60m2 Wohnung mit Terrasse in der 6. Etage mit Aufzug gesetzt (nur bis zum 5. Stock über 10 Stufen in den 6. Stock) besteht aus:
WOHNZIMMER
Mit Sofa, Sessel, Kabel-TV, CD-Player, Tisch und Stühle, Klimaanlage, Kochnische, Tür-Fenster zur Terrasse;
KOCHNISCHE
Voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Schränke und Geschirr;
2 Schlafzimmer
1 mit Bett, Schrank, Sessel, Klimaanlage, Einzel Zustellbett können hinzugefügt, Fenster;

Anmerkungen und Beschreibung des Wohnungsinhabers
Ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, ein Einzelzimmer mit einem anderen Badezimmer und eine Terrasse von etwa siebzig Quadratmeter.
Da gibt es 2 Klimaanlagen, sollte der Preis den Strom, der zusammen bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise gelesen werden muss und jede Kilowatt ist 0,27 Euro hinzugefügt werden.
Es gibt Aufzug bis zum 5. Stock und Thena eine Treppe in den 6. Stock zu erreichen.
FYI: Check-Ins nach 8,30pm geladen und zusätzliche Gebühr von EURO 20-, 30- Euro nach 10,30pm, 40 € nach Mitternacht.

We did enjoy our stay in Via Cavour apartment in Rome. It's located really ideally in a short distance from the major attractions of Rome. The neighborhood was especially pleasant with lots of small good restaurants and artisan shops. The large terrace with numerous plants and a great view to the monument of Victor Emanuel II and to the presidential palace were a real treat of the apartment. We had many sunny breakfasts and lunches on the terrace.
The owner couple who lived next under our department was very friendly and helpful letting us to lend utensils we needed from their kitchen. We actually made friends with them and they even started to plan a trip to Finland next summer.
Though there were some negative aspects too.
The traffic of the Via Cavour is very noisy even in the night time disturbing the sleep. The garbage trucks start there work at bout 4:30 AM and the normal daytime traffic is at its height at about 5:00 AM.
The apartment is so called penthouse and the ceiling at the other side is quite low, so you have to be careful all the time not to hit your head to the ceiling beams.
The double bed was also a little short even though we are not very tall persons.
Considering the negative aspects and comparing our experiences of the other apartments in Rome I should say the apartment may be a little over priced.

Dear Pekka and Leena, it was very nice meeting you and having you to stay with us in our penthouse in via Cavour. Following your suggestions we have decided to do a discount of the 15% when we rent. Regarding the traffic, there is nothing to do, to live in the Centro Storico, near the Fori Imperiali, it has fantastic advantages like going everywhere just walking, but the bad side is that there is some traffic, even though I do'nt find it so terrible!!!
