Appartement très lumineux en plein cœur du centre historique de Rome. C est vrai, il y a beaucoup d escaliers mais en même temps, en vacances à Rome, on ne passe pas son temps à l appart. Petite cuisine très pratique et pièce principale de bonne taille. Nous étions 7 et franchement, on ne s est pas marche dessus. Seul petit bémol, la taille des douches, autant dire qu avec un mari 1m83 et 95 kilos, il avait un peu de mal a ne pas se cogner contre les murs. En fait, en France, on dirait salle d eau et non salle de bains puisqu aucune n a de baignoire. A savoir aussi que c est 3 salles de bain et non 4 comme indiquée dans le descriptif, la 4 eme ne comprend qu un lavabo et des toilettes. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournies, il ne manque que des torchons de vaisselle, car même si nous avons fait tous nos repas a l extérieur, les petits dej étaient pris a l appart et on ne peux pas laisser la vaisselle sécher quand on est 7. Sinon, malgré la rue en bas, l appart est calme. Je vous recommande vraiment cette location, vous serrez proche de tout, 5 mn de la piazza Navona, autant du Campo Di Fiori, 30 secondes du pantheon.....
Quelles merveilleuses vacances nous avons passées en partie grâce a la situation exceptionnelle de cette location.
Notre séjour a été parfait, a ne pas louper en bas de l immeuble il y a un très bon resto qui est vite devenu notre cantine du soir, avec des prix très raisonnables et surtout le San Eustacchio est son merveilleux café, le meilleur du monde selon les spécialistes et nous aussi.
Alors, n hésitez pas !

We were delighted with the apartment. There are 100 steps to the apartment but well worth it with fantastic views  looking over rooftops to St Peters, and catching the dome of the Pantheon. Excellent location. The layout worked well for us with the 1 bed flat able to be part of but independent to the main apartment. The kitchen is a little small but perfectly adequate.
The owner, Antonella, was very friendly and helpful, leaving food basics and providing a cleaner mid week.

Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Genau wie die Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

We loved the location, and the owner, Antonella, was simply wonderful. The stairs were a challenge, but not a huge issue. We did lose hot water in half of the apartment our 3rd day, and because my telephone broke, we were unable to contact Antonella. It would be beneficial to post key telephone numbers in the apartment for guests (other apartments I have rented have done this). That left us with one working shower for 8 people. Also, and this is true for 3 of the apartments I have rented in Rome over the past 6 years, the showers are extremely tiny. Still, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Appartement idéal ! Magnifique et confortable, situation exceptionnelle pour visiter la ville. la vue sur les toits, les coupoles et la sapienza est incroyable ! Accueil tres sympathique. 
A ne pas rater : le café Sant eustachio sur la place en bas !

Die 4 Sterne betreffen die Wohnräume. Jedoch sollte man bemerken, dass es zu wenig Platz für die Aufbewahrung von Kleidung gibt, weil die Schränke mit Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Eimern und anderem Putzgerät bestückt sind.
Die Bäder sind sehr klein, um nicht zu sagen winzig und für Menschen ab einer Körpergröße von 1,80 m unzumutbar. Das Duschen ist dann nur mit eingezogenem Kopf möglich.
Hier würde ich nur 2 Sterne vergeben wollen!
Auch sollte man in der Beschreibung nochmal deutlich auf die 109 Stufen hinweisen, die man erklimmen muss, um dann die herrliche Aussicht auf Pantheon und Petersdom genießen zu können.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung natürlich sehr zentral und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The apartment was lovely - although quite a climb to the fourth floor - however this meant we had fantatic views over the rooftops.  The apartment is ideally situated between all the major attractions and right behind the Pantheon.   The owner had provided plenty of food to make several meals to start us off whicjh we really appreciated and she was also extremely helpful and friendly!
