Question please:  I am planning a trip with my 2 adult sons and want a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 days in the central part of Rome Italy

É um belo apartamento com excelente localização no centro histórico de Roma. É possível fazer tudo à pé.
O sistema de refrigeração/aquecimento do apartamento é eficiente e torna a estadia muito agradável.
A recepção da proprietária é digna de nota, pois é eficiente e muito simpática.
Éramos seis pessoas neste apartamento, sendo que duas ficaram no sofá cama existente na sala. O ideal é quatro pessoas para os dois quartos.
O aspecto negativo é somente o espaço para o chuveiro de um dos banheiros e o fato de estar localizado no 5º andar, sem elevador.
Em resumo: adoramos o apartamento e certamente voltaremos lá.

Bel appartement spacieux très bien situé et au calme. Trois points négatifs: - 109 marches pour y accéder. - la literie surtout celle de la petite chambre. Les lits sont comparables a des lits de camp et très peu confortables. - les douches très petites sans porte serviettes. Nous le recommandons pour sa situation geographique mais pas aux familles avec enfants en as age, ni aux personnes agées.

4. Stock = 109 Stufen.Das muss man sich zutrauen!
Die Stufen sind nicht zu hoch!
Die Sanitaerausstattung ist gerade ausreichend.
Der Ausblick bes. nach Westen  ist wundervoll.
Die Eigentuemer helfen. 
Die zentrumsnahe Lage stimmt.

Clean, spacious, cool and comfortable. Highly recommended. Best of all is the location, within walking distance of beauiful and historice sites and right next to the Pantheon.

Un super appartement!!!
Je connais bien Rome et je dois dire que descendre de l'appartement et se trouver sur la place du Panthéon, c'est tout de même fantastique!
La localisation est son atout principal: vous êtes au coeur de la ville et de l'ambiance. L'appartement est pour autant très au calme!
Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable!
La propriétaire est extrémement gentille: un accueil chaleureux, des petites douceurs déjà prévues pour le petit-déjeuner, et nous a proposé de nous garder les bagages chez elle le dernier jour afin que nous puissions libérer l'appart' et profiter de la ville.
Deux points négatifs à relever:
- les escaliers vraiment ardus(109 marches) peuvent être difficiles pour des personnes âgées ou plus fragiles.
- les douches (en particulier une) très très très petites (optimisation de l'espace?)
Voilà, nous y étions à 7 et tout le monde a largement apprécié le logement... prendre son petit-déjeuner avec vue sur les toîts et coupoles de Rome, pas mal non?!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. It's situated just to the back of the Pantheon, and is walking distance to many other sights.  As advertised, there are four flights of (fairly steep) stairs to negotiate, but once you arrive at the apartment you are rewarded with gorgeous roof top and dome views. The apartment is really well appointed and very clean. Four of us (two children, a mother and a grandmother) stayed very comfortably, there is loads of room.  We had everything we needed. The owner, Antoinella, is absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble. She even kept our bags for us at her own house on our departure as the next person  was due that day. 
I fell madly in love with Rome having never been before. I am determined to go back, and I  just hope this apartment will be available when I do.

We really liked the apartment very much!  We will definitely recommend it to friends.  We have friends in Rome whom we have told about this flat, and recommended they have their visitors stay there.  There were only a couple of struggles...renters need to be aware of the length of the stairs - 109 stairs to the flat.  We were able to make it, but some might not be able to.  The other item is the shower in the second bath...there was no shower curtain, and water tended to spray onto the floor - a minor issue.  All else was amazing - wonderful location directly around the corner from the Pantheon - walking distance to the entire old city...
