Der Schlafbereich ist auf einem typischen Dachboden, durch eine Holztreppe erreicht positioniert.
Der Blick auf den aparment ist erstaunlich!
Vom Schlafbereich und im ersten Stock können Sie sehen, die Piazza dei Coronari und das Schloss Sant'Angelo Brücke.
Das Sofa kann in einem weiteren Doppelbett umgewandelt werden.
TV ist ein Flüssigkristall-Fernsehgerät.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ist mit Handtüchern und einem Basis-Kit von Seife, Shampoo gegeben.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts. They were easily contactable and answered questions or provided help immediately when needed. The apartment is located perfectly!! Walking distance from everything, the apartment itself is beautiful and was perfect for our 3 nights stay! I will be recommending to friends and family, and will hopefully be returning again at some point as Roma is so grand and amazing we feel like we only touched the surface!

Alessandro was an excellent host. We scheduled a time to meet and he was waiting at the flat on time and in good spirits. He also helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport after our stay (Taxi drivers in Rome are notorious, so have a car prearranged was very helpful).
The flat is as described, it was clean and provided everything you would need for a short stay in Rome. The Wifi connection was very good and allowed for streaming.
As noted in other reviews, the location of the flat is perfect. We were able to walk to every major site in Rome.

L'appartamento è un luogo di grande fascino, collocato idealmente vicino al più bel ponte di Roma e suggestivo in ogni caratteristica, a cominciare dalla splendida scala a conchiglia, per finire con l'intelligenza e l'eleganza dello sfruttamento dello spazio. Una base splendida per visitare la città, e un godibile nido per viverci.

Best Roman holiday ever!!! Alessandro's flat is super lovely, within walking distance to almost everywhere.(Don't have to buy Roma pass lol.)
Alessandro gave us full instruction, with tips on both the flat and the nearby restaurants. And we always kept in touch, before and after our stay.
Experience here made us love Rome more!!! I'll definitely recommend Ale's flat to you and my friends!

The most perfect place in Rome. Having a home-base in the heart of the city, walking distance to just about EVERYTHING, made our experience perfect.
We spent almost every night eating around Panico/Piazza Novana and enjoying gelato in the Piazza. All probably a three minute stroll away.
It was small but worked perfect for my fiancé and I. We would not change one thing.

This apartment was perfect for the 2 of us walking everywhere and it had a lovely outlook onto via di panico. Downstairs is a very busy little cafe and the owner would give us complimentary sweets with our coffee. Alessandro was a very helpful host/property manager and I will return to stay when in Rome.

This apartment is at very good location. Pantheon, piazza navona all these places are at 5 or 10 minutes walk. There are lots of cafe, pubs and whole area becomes very lively in the evening. There is free wi-fi in the cafe down the building. Walking distance from bus stop. Apartment is small but very nice. They say Rome is walking everywhere, well, from there it is the truth

The Apartment in Panico is lovely, and larger than we were expecting. Mom, Dad, and our two teenagers stayed here for three terrific nights in the middle of a hot Roman summer. It was a welcome, cool retreat after sightseeing. Clean, well-appointed, a small kitchenette....it worked fabulously for us. What a location! Many thanks to the manager (and his lovely, lovely mother!)

Really loved this little cute apartment. Great location and the prop manager was awesome!! Four of us stayed here and it worked out great. Great little cafe downstairs and small store across the street. Within walking distance of almost everything we went to see. If I ever go back to Rome this is def where I will be staying!!!
