En rigtig dejlig lejlighed i en fin bygning med en dejlig fælles have/gårdhave. Kvarteret var rigtig fint med mange delikatessebutikker og restauranter. Hyggeligt at leve blandt italienerne og spise på deres "egne" restauranter og ikke et sted med "turist-menu"

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit 3 separaten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit Dusche (1 mit zus. Badewanne). Gebäude hat schönen Innenhof mit Sitzbänken und Springbrunnen. U-Bahn (Station San Giovanni, Metro A, ca. 500 m), Kaufhaus (bei Metro, ca. 500 m), Supermarkt (ca. 200 m), Restaurant (ca. 50 m), Taxistand (vorm Haus) und etliche Geschäfte in Laufentfernung. Parken nur in kostenpflichtigen Parkhäusern (mit Auto machbar, aber nicht empfohlen).

We truly enjoyed our stay here! A great place to return to after a day of exploring a beautiful city. The kitchen sink drains very slow and there are a lot of lights the need bulbs replaced, but overall this was a terrific bargain. Thank you very much!!!

Easy location from the metro. 2 stops of equal distance. Lots of things to do locally and then the metro for the big wide open spaces of rome.
Appartment was in 100% condition. The only downside if any was that the rooms appeared a little dark but we had the majority of the shutters shut as we were not even there that often.
Toaster takes a few minutes to get going but once hot it works fine.
Marvellous private courtyard that is for residents only.

The location of the apartment was very good. Subway located at about 10 minutes walking. For those who like a good long walk, it's definitely doable to walk to the Colleseum, and into the city. In front of the building is a taxi stand, which always housed a couple of cab's at anytime.
The apartment itself is very nice and clean. The luxury of a second bathroom was well appriciated since we were with 6 people. Lots of unexpected amenities, that normally are not provided in such a rental (some dishwash, handsoap, toliet paper, etcetera).

The apartment was a great choice, Myself and my husband was looking for some peculiar house that could host 7 adults and a 1 year baby with confort and also give us a european atmosphere, RIGHT CHOICE.
It is well decorated, huge! I am sure it could host up to 12 easily. It is well located, not right in the city centre or near the historical places, but it has all the things you need with a walk distance (market, gelato, shops, bank, atm) and the metro is very near (Re di Roma) with that you can get in any place as you wish. And a extra plus of a great courtyard wonderfull for kids, they can play outise safely.
The staff was good support, the english was not that good, but not major complaints. The only problem we found was the eletricity in the house and the lights, it can get very dark because there are many lamps missing, also if you turn on the TV, the washing machine and light one room for sure the eletricity will go off, in that case you have to go outise downstairs and turn it on again (happened to me 3 times till I could realize what was wrong). Anyway, a good choice for a resonable value.

Lovely apartment, with beautiful updated features. Very comfortable in a most residential neighborhood. The ENORMOUS and very pretty private courtyard with fountain were a big plus. All amenities were within a block or two walk including several very good restaurants, a cafe and taxi stand just downstairs, a supermarket, fruit stand, etc. Less than half a kilometer to the subway (Re di Roma) and about half a kilometer to San Giovanni in Laterano - gorgeous.
Our only criticisms were: a number of the light bulbs were out; we were a large group and had been counting on using the bunk beds for our two kids but one of the mattresses was missing; and in one of the bedrooms, a mattress had been provided that was actually a box spring instead. One kid slept on a futon instead so it wasn't a problem. The apartment gets warm on summer days and the A/C unit is a roll-out portable - only good for one room.
American travelers who might not realize it - don't forget to provide your own soap and toilet paper - both are available a block away at the supermercato.

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment! Very large rooms and a very nice and quiet yard (even more beautiful then on the pictures). The location was perfect. Only the cleaning of the appartment could have been a bit better (mold in the coffee machine). We definitaly would book this appartment a second time.

Enzo was very pleasant and the two places he recommended, the deli just downstairs from the apartment and the restaurant across the street were very good.
The Metro station was a tad far for me, but then again, I am singaporean and not used to much walking. My family tho had no problems with the distance of about 300m to the Metro station.
All-in I would certainly recommend the place and would return to it should i next be in Rome.

The apartment is in a good location about 300m from the metro, with easy access to Termini and the sights, which is not the case in many parts of Rome. Furnishing is comfortable, in good-sized rooms. Garden square on one side is very pleasant, but the main road outside most of the windows is quite noisy for the day and into the late evening/early morning. Reasonable supermarket about 50m away and several restaurants within 2-3 minutes. Apartment needs some more basics - there were too few glasses and plates. Overall: comfortable, good location and recommended.

The apartment is lovely and the garden is a joy. Taxi rank is right out front, and metro station is only a few blocks away. We walked to many places with ease . . . San Giovanni, Coliseum. We walked to Trastevere, but that's a hike. Cafe is right out the gate, plenty of food and retail all around. For the money you can't ask for more. The apartment took seven people with no trouble, and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious and is an excellent location, but it has the following drawbacks: there is no kettle, grill, oven or microwave; the lighting and decor is imposing but quite gloomy (many bulbs were out, and the net curtains were pretty dirty); the DVD player didn't work (fault with the SCART lead I think) and getting hot bath/shower water takes quite a bit of fine tuning (also the bidet leaks in the main bathroom). These are niggles though - we had a great stay and Enzo was v helpful.

From The first moment when Enzo opened the gate we were amazed! The pictures of this appartmant do not even tell half of the story! The court yard is an abundance of joy, great for catching up with an old friend or enjoying a great book! the surrounding area was full of shops, food and of course gelato! the Metro is two minutes down the street and busses everywhere! this appartement will always strike a smile in our family conversation!

We were pleasantly surprised. The description in the Internet does not do it justice. We loved it. It was within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see.
We are walkers, so we walked to the Coliseum, the Forum, and many other places.
Of course, having the Metro Station so close made it real easy to visit all the other attractions.
We will definitely stay there on our next trip.

Convenient location. Very spacious. Inner courtyard was wonderful and quiet. Some dishes and silverware were not clean, but we realize that was probably the previous renters. A good ice cube tray would be helpful. Sink in large bathroom drained slowly from the second day we were here, even though we were very careful not to let hair or anything get in the drain. Online communication with the office in setting up the rental was excellent, and Enzo arrived quickly once we were able to reach him. Just a few repairs or improvements would really make this apartment wonderful. But Roman Reference did a great job and was excellent to work with. Thank you!

A stunning apartment, with a beautiful, resident-only, gated courtyard. This apartment contained all the necessary amenities and more, including an elevator and air-conditioning. Furnished with classical italian decor and select art-work this apartment gives you a real taste of the Roman City Chic lifestyle. A wonderful place to come home to after long day of touring the sites. I would recommend this apartment to families or groups of friends travelling together as it is spacious and homely. The courtyard is also safe for children.

This is a fantastic apartment. It's extremely well situated with excellent local amenities and the apartment itself is superb. There are also good transport links with a metro station within walking distance giving pretty easy acces to just about anywhere. All in all i'd thoroughly recommend renting this apartment and would certainly go back there myself.

This was a superb apartment to stay in. Located in a secure, quiet block, it took five people comfortably. The bedrooms were large with double beds and plenty of storage. It was a spacious, clean and very well presented apartment.
Its situation in San Giovanni was ideal: the Metro was two minutes walk away so it was very simple to get in and out of the centre of Rome; there were many bars, cafes, pizza and ice cream parlours nearby as well as a supermarket so everything we needed was on hand.
Overall, this apartment really helped to make my trip to Rome a success. I was delighted with it.
