This house is located in one of the nicest area of Miami Beach, next to Bal Harbour on a guarded private island. This location has it all, plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping, beach, fitness center, tennis, golf, boating and more. About the house: This beautiful large 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home with a pool, can accommodate comfortably a large party of 12 persons.
This villa features a very airy and homey atmosphere with large rooms and bedrooms. The living room area is perfect for a nice family dinner experience and the tv room has enough privacy for a full movie experience in a comfy couch or a relaxing view of the pool. The master bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed and connects to its bathroom where there is a very comfortable bathtub. The second bedroom is spacious, equipped with a queen size bed and offers a serene view of the pool; sharing a bathroom with a third bedroom which contains a queen size bed. A fourth bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has perfect access to the pool and bathroom. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The 6th bedroom is spacious and equipped with a 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's.
We are the largest vacation rental agency in Miami, so this is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.  Our extensive property management team will assist you in case of needs.
Daily housekeeping is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee.
