This house is located in one of the nicest area of Miami, next to Bal Harbour on a guarded private island. This location has it all, plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping, beach, fitness center, tennis, golf boating and more.
La Hacienda is a wonderful 2,578 Sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, waterfront house with pool that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
This house features an airy and open floor plan that offers the feeling of a true loft, with the open kitchen, dining room and living room.  The living room is equipped with a great view of the pool and canal. All bedrooms are equipped with plasma TV’s. The master bedroom is very spacious and opens through French doors to the pool area; It features a great view of the canal. The master is equipped with a queen size bed. The marble bathroom features a tub.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is the kid's quarter with two additional rooms, a play room space and a bathroom. The third bedroom spacious and is equipped with a queen size bed, as is the fourth one. The fifth bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds.
We are the largest vacation rental agency in Miami, so this is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.  Our extensive property management team will assist you in case of needs.
Daily housekeeping is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Absolutely no parties are allowed. No motorcycles allowed.
Rates and minimum stay are subject to changes depending on the season and events. These rental rates are indicative only; our prices are changing on a daily basis to offer the best possible deals to our guests. There are multiple premium and high premium event rates not listed in this calendar.
