The cottage includes an outdoor hall with an enormous veranda and garden; indoor there is a living area with kitchen, sofa beds and balcony with sight sea, a bedroom with a castle bed and a single bed, a double bedroom (with balcony and sight sea) and private bathroom. The lodgment can accommodate up to 8 persons (5+3).
Few meter from the square of Marina di Ragusa, from the Touristic Harbor, the seafront Mediterraneo and the beach facilities with their many bars on the seaside.
70 meters from the cottage there are the city bus stop, the supermarkets and the traditional shops, tobacco stores, banks, restaurants and pizzerias, bar and nightclubs.
Its strategic position allows to reach shortly the the Nature Reserve of the Irminio river, the Castle of Donnafugata and the locality of Puntasecca, made famous by the fiction "Il Commissario Montalbano".
The settlement of the building allows to reach easily the Airport of Comiso (RG) - (around 30 minutes).
