Alzo di Pella is a quiet village overlooking the lake. There you will find the shop of groceries, the bank and pharmacy. You can find resort area of lake Orta only 10 minutes by foot.
The apartment Papavero is of 60 smq at the second floor of the old tipical house renovated in 2012. It is two rooms with a loft and a large terrace with lovely views of the Orta lake and the island of San Giulio.
Composition: living room with fireplace dining area and kitchenette and large terrace, 1 bedroom with master bed, 1 loft with master bed, bathroom with shower.
The apartment can accommodate n. 4 people:
- 2 people in room with double bed
- 2 people in the loft with double bed.
Equipment: digital TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace room, garden shared with other housing, public parking from 150 mt.
Small pets allowed with 35 euros extra
