Open on the living room, fully equipped with with fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, ventilation system, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc, hair dryer;
Independent electric heating, WiFi, Iron and iron board, cable TV, DVD & CD player, microwave, washing machine, elevator ;
PLEASE NOTE : arrival before 9AM and after 8PM are subject to an extra fee of 25 euros.
The owner will require a security deposit equivalent to half of the rental fee in cash upon arrival
