New Country Villa closed to Oristano for your relaxing holidays!
At the beautiful garden (1000 square meters), guests can relax, chill or having breakfast in an ideal environment.
The house has two floors. On the first floor one there's a fully equiped kitchen, a spacious living room, the bathroom and a double bedroom. On the second floor there are three two bedrooms, two double sizes and a single one.
Oristano is placed in a strategic point within Sardinia, with an easy access from both, Cagliari or Alguero.
There are more than 90 km of beaches along the coast, every one is different from an another.

Some basic rules :)
Guests should leave the apartment in a clean state.
Smoking is only allowed in the garden and the ashtray provided must be used.
Guests should leave shared items and common areas in the same condition they were found in.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Be respectful of the neighbours.
Extra guests are not permited.
Guests should use the utilities responsibly.
Guests should check that the main door is closed when leaving the property.
