The terrace receives direct sun from 1pm until the afternoon, and the communal pool has sunloungers available. It is fully equipped with air conditioning (heat/cold). The apartment is located in the Burriana area, a peaceful residential neighbourhood only 600m away from the Burriana beach and 500m from the Mercadona supermarket. It is less than 2km away from Balcón de Europa in Nerja and 65km away from the Málaga Costa del Sol airport.
