The apartment is in the heart of Florence, a few minutes from the Duomo. All of the main monuments and museums, including the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce are walking distance just minutes away.
You can reach the main train and bus station of Santa Maria Novella from the apartment in about 15 minutes walking time.
Recently renovated, the apartment is furnished according to Florentine taste with coffered ceilings in a very quiet historical building. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and is about 860 square feet (80 squared meters).
The fully-equipped kitchen includes cookware and eating utensils, including an oven, microwave oven, toaster, refridgerator with freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher.
You'll find a hair dryer in the apartment, as well as free internet access and TV with DVD player. A washing machines makes it convenient for you to travel light in terms of luggage since you can easily wash your clothes during your stay.
Electricity, gas, heating and water use is included in the rental rates. The bed linen and bathroom towels are also provided.
