It is also the site of the Export Processing Zone. The only aquarium attraction in the Visayas is also located in the island.

It is also very accessible to other significant areas in Cebu - it is only 30 minutes away from Cebu City’s commercial and business center and just 15 minutes to Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxury condo has a great ocean view perfect for everyone from business travelers to vacationers – foreigners or locals, who wants to have a home away from the hustle and bustle of the city and where they can relax and enjoy the feel of nature. The condo unit is spacious enough to sleep up to 6 guests. The unit comes with WiFi, basic cable, air-conditioning units and ceiling fans that will help you recharge after a long day. The living room has a 32 inch Smart LED TV with a comfortable fold out sofa. The Master's bedroom that has a great seascape view is furnished with a double-size bed and a bathroom. The spare bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Our kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide the very basic essentials which include cookware, dishes and utensils, and commonly used kitchen appliances like microwave and electric kettle.
