A brand new modern Dublex Stone house Villa in central Bodrum just 2km from the local beach, just 3km Gumbet bars and beach, 900 m to Oasis Shoping Center .
Villa is set on two levels with 140m2. There are 3 large bedrooms, one living room , well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bathrooms ( En-Suite) 1 guest WC , large terrace with sea view, dinner party sized balcony, both with spectacular views, and large garden (100m2) and a yard with a barbecue area.
Decorated to a very high standard with quality furniture and fittings.
On the first floor is a bright and airy living room with fireplace, air-conditioning, LED TV with satellite channels, CD player, the couches are suitable for 6 persons. Dinner table set is suitable for 6 persons, as well.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, dish washer, hob with 4 gas rings ( gas system outside), microwave, electric kettle, toaster and crockery sets.
On the ground floor, there are spacious 3 bedrooms. 1 double bed with en-suite (180x200cm wide) and air-conditioning. 1 double bed with en-suite (160x200cm wide) and ceiling fans. 2 single bed (90x200cm wide) and fireplace. 1 laundry room .
Also included are: Towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, washing powder, toilet roll and soap are also provided.
Car parking is available at the front of the house and is free of charge. There is an excellent local bus service to all of the villages on the peninsula and coaches that go to other cities around Turkey. The bus station is just 1 mins walk from the house. There are taxi ranks near to the house.
You have the house to yourselves. If you need us, we are only one call away. Arrive any day any time. 24/7 arriving is available.
You can also take advantage of our services , Transfer from the Airport, Rent a Car, Daily boat trip , Ferry Tickets. Ferries are going to the local Greek Islands (Kos, Rhodes) every day.
