Luxury apartment resort new and fully equipped in alicante city, 150 m. to the sea, near the saladar beach and opposite the sandy caves in a quiet and well connected,5 min. to the City center , postiguet beach, ... Is very close to everything, but in a quiet area.

The apartment is located in a beautiful newly built complex, new and fully equipped. It have garage with direct access to the elevator, beautiful pedestrian areas and gardens, swimming pool, jacuzzi and children's play area. It is well connected, near the motorway A-7, El Altet airport is 7 km, the AIRPORT BUS C-6 has stop close to the apartment, I could wait for you at the bus stop and get you direct to the apartment. There are bus at the door of the complex, in 10 min. get you to the city center.
Alicante is a charming and easy to get around it, is an ideal destination for all year holidays, ESPECIALLY in WINTER, with warm temperatures and sun.
It also has an intense cultural and social life of great interest are the visits to the Esplanade of Spain, St. Nicholas Cathedral, City Hall, St. Mary's Church, the Castle of Santa Barbara, etc.
