Quiet apartment in a building from XVI century, set 5min. walk from Campo de' Fiori and Trastevere, walking distance from P.za Navona and the Pantheon, Rome apartment in the heart of the historical center;
45m2 apartment set on the second floor with elevator ( plus few steps up, about 20) is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, cable TV, cd and DVD player, home theatre system, desk and chair, single foam cube bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chairs, safe, kitchen corner, AC ;

Très bon emplacement pour cet appartement qui se trouve près de tout à Rome.
Le nombre idéal de locataires est de 2 ou 2+1 enfant car il n'est pas de très grande taille et n'est pas très lumineux mais reste pratique et bien équipé (manque un fer à repasser).
Attention toutefois aux réservations de dernier moment (J-2 dans notre cas) qui ne laissent pas le temps aux propriétaires ou à Cities référence de le préparer convenablement pour votre arrivée.
Le nombre idéal de locataires est de 2 ou 2+1 enfant car il n'est pas de très grande taille et n'est pas très lumineux mais reste pratique et bien équipé (manque un fer à repasser).
Attention toutefois aux réservations de dernier moment (J-2 dans notre cas) qui ne laissent pas le temps aux propriétaires ou à Cities référence de le préparer convenablement pour votre arrivée.

Rien à dire sur l'emplacement à proximité du CAMPO DEI FIORI , très commode .
Quelques remarques cependant :
1°) Il n'y avait personne à l'arrivée, bien que nous ayons suivi toutes les procédures préconisées, comme vous pourrez le constater et cherché en vain à contacter le propriétaire sur place. Nous avons attendu 1h1/2 et c'est fort désagréable.
2°) L'appartement n'était pas d'une propreté rigoureuse : la vaisselle était douteuse et le canapé" blanc "du séjour carrément sale. A changer en urgence !
3°) La seconde pièce n'est qu'une alcove particulièrement exiguë, en fait, un placard. Il faudrait , au minimum , en être informé. Heureusement que nous n'étions que 2 personnes pour un logement conçu pour 4 !
Si on note en outre que la rue et la cour de l'immeuble sont mal tenues, l'ensemble constitue une prestation médiocre à un prix excessif et injustifié . Je suis désolée de vous dire qu'en aucun cas nous ne pouvons recommander cet hébergement à nos amis et connaissances et par voie de conséquence, vos services.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique, et calme. L'équipement était correct pour nous 4 (2 adultes + 2 enfants). La luminosité est faible (une seule fenētre donnant sur cours intérieure située dans la chambre), mais ce n'était pas important car l'appartement ne nous a servi que pour dîner et dormir. L'acceuil par "cities reference" était parfait et conforme à ce qui était prévu (merci Enzo !). Notre séjour à Rome ne pouvait mieux se passer !

Apartment was very well located just off Piazza dei Fiori, within walking distance to many cetnral Roman locations. No-problems with noise despite convenient location. The apartment was very well-equipped and everything worked (though I could not manage to get onto the Internet though my computer recognised the WiFI, and I could not make out how to get the DVD player to play through the TV, and eventually only one TV channel was being received).
Although advertised for two persons, it would be a bit tight for two for any extended period (I spent nearly two weeks there). The bedroom is really a sleeping alcove rather than a separate bderoom and the bed is not freestanding, but was comfortable). Because of a bright streetlight outside, the sleeping alcove is bathed in orange light all night, even with the storm shutters closed. I had to wear an airline eye mask each night; perhaps something could be done about thisto totally exlcuded the street light.
All in all, excellent value for what I wanted, and I enjoyed my stay.
