2 min. walk from the underground, right in-between the Coliseum and P.za Venezia, set in one of Rome's oldest neighborhoods;
25sq.mts. sunny studio, set on the second floor without elevator (35 steps) and consists of:
ENTRANCE
with coat hanger, fridge and hanging space;
LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM
with single sofa bed, french sized bed in mezzanine, bedside tables, table and 2 chairs, ceiling fan, kitchen corner, parquet and window overlooking via Ciancaleoni;
KITCHEN CORNER
with electric stove, microwave, fridge & freezer, coffee machine, kettle and window;
BATHROOM
with shower,, washbasin, hair dryer, electric water heater and window.
Independent electric heating, ceiling fan,WiFi, parquet, sunny, no phone, no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE : 100 euros in cash will be asked as a damage deposit at the moment of the check in and given to you back at the moment of check out.

Around the studio many nice shops, bars, restaurants with outside tables, pubs, and a lot of people just having a walk or drinking a glass of wine.
The studio is cery central but also very quite as it is located in a nice little pedestrian street.
The apartment is located in Via de Ciancaleoni and can accommodate up to 3 people.
The metro Cavour is at only 3 min walk.
It’s 25 sqm on 1st floor, no lift bright, quite and furnished with care.
Nice little building with 4 floors, nice white parquet floor, it's composed by a one bedroom with double bed, single bed on an upper level with a stair, table and chairs, little kitchenette with basic utensils to cook something, bathroom with shower.

We had a great time at this studio in Rome. It's cozy, perfectly located, really close to Cavour Metro Station and a short walk from the Colosseum. There are good restaurants around the place, and the area appeared safe even by night. Sabrina was really nice, altough we didn't meet. Fortunately she was able to help anytime by cellphone, which was really usefull. She also made an effort to provide us some more time at the studio, and we really apreciated that. I'll definitely try to stay there again when I'm back to Rome.

This apartment in Rome is very cute and clean! Perfect place for two people and in a very nice area near many restaurants, the metro and the colosseum. Sabrina was a great host, very welcoming and provided us with maps and suggestions - very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.
