Apartment of 53 sqm. recently refurbished situated in the very heart of Trastevere, one of the most typical and characteristic district of Rome, in a housing complex of particular architectural interest dating back to the '50s.
All the windows overlook the courtyards of the complex of the red coloured buildings.
From the lounge you can see the pine trees of the Gianicolo hill and every day at noon, you can hear the typical cannon shot.

The housing is at the first floor (no elevator) of a three floors building, located on a street closed to traffic and away from the bustle of night-life.

The bathroom is complete with all amenities: bath with shower, bidet, hairdryer, linen and laundry: Yo will find also iron and ironing board and linen and on-demand you can use the washing machine (fee).
The apartment is also provided with a child's chair and a small bed for children.

The apartment is located at short distance from the main places of cultural interest. A walk along roads with no traffic, are just a few minutes the main sights in Rome: St. Peter's Basilica, the alleys of Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Venezia, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Farnese , the Pantheon. All within walking distance or in connection with a few bus stops, and well connected by public transport.
With a few bus stops you can reach the famous market Portaportese in Trastevere or the Auditorium for the musci and the Olympic Stadium and Flaminio Stadium for the football or Rugby matches.

In case you just want to enjoy a relaxing stay at home or in the surroundings, just oustide the street you can find two groceries, an art gallery and a small cinema where you can find films in original languages.
