The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa. Only first floor is for rent. It consits of :
a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed,
a bedroom with double bed, air-conditioned,a bath,
Wifi connection. There is an ability to accommodate four people comfortably.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden.
It has direct access to the beach only few meters from the sea.
Near the house there is a pizzeria, a bar and a Tabacchino. Also about a kilometer from the village of Terme Vigliatore, where there are supermarkets; pharmacy; church, several restaurants and shops and a spa "Parco Augusto" spa.
About 2 kilometers away is the fraction "Tonnarella" the village of "Furnari" where there are supermarkets, churches, restaurants, bars, rivendita of articles for the sea and fishing, and a marina "Portrosa", offering places boat launching and towing service, technical service and sales of equipment for the sea, sailing and motorboating. Also you can rent boats or make mini cruises to the Aeolian Islands.
The Aeolian Islands are about 14 miles from the coast. This volcanic archipelago is famous for its natural beauty.
For lovers of sailing, a few meters from the villa, there is also a "dry port" where is offered for boats on trailers launching custody and haulage, even here you can also rent boats with a notice period of about two weeks.
Only 8 Km away lies the city of Barcelona.
About 15 km of hilly road you can reach the village of Castroreale with great views, medieval streets, churches, historical buildings. In summer there are concerts and a spectacular religious procession.
Not far away is also the village of Tindari, which rises with its sanctuary (place of pilgrimage) and its greek theater (site of summer shows) on a promontory overlooking the sea that dominates the characteristic lakes of Marinello: Nature reserve protected.
 
At about 18 km is Milazzo: tourist town with harbor, the main departure point for the Aeolian islands or Naples, lively and exciting summer holiday in a village rich in historic buildings and maritime traditions. Early in the morning, fish market, spectacular for the abundance and quality of products offered.
Not far from the town, the coast is prolonged in "head of Milazzo" fascinating peninsula with jagged and rocky coast with picturesque views both terrestrial and marine.
