Ideal for 4 persons consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, balcony with sink, washing machine, private parking with automatic gate.

Other conditions:
- Weekly rates, are included in the consumption of water, electricity and gas;
- Arrivals from Saturday at 12:00 and departure before Saturday at 09:30 (subject to different agreements);
- For the price must be added the costs for final cleaning apartment of Euro 30;
- The linen service (bed and bath) is optional and not included in the price. If you required on site at a cost of Euro 10 per person per stay or whenever required. If the laundry is brought from home it will not incur any cost;
- The apartment is provided with cookware necessities, even coffee;
