PUNTA ALA Beautiful villa for 8 guests.
Wonderful villa ( 250 sqm ) overlooking the Gulf of Punta Ala and inserted in the typical Mediterranean scrub. The villa is situated on the slopes of one of the hills that make up the most exclusive tourist resort on the coast of Tuscany.
You go down some steps and leads to the upper floor of the villa.
Ground floor: living/dining room (TV, Wi-Fi ) with fireplace, and access to a beautiful terrace with sea view, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher ) with access to the side terrace (barbecue ), 1 small double room, 1 bathroom with half bath.
Upper Floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with two bunk beds, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and double sink, 1 bathroom with shower.
Modern comfortable furniture. Central heating.
Quiet location . Covered parking for two cars.
