We are Irene and Nicholas a young couple lover of children and animals.Sorry a lot not being able to accommodate our guests personally but we moved again in Tuscany but on the coast.We hope that you enjoy our home as much as to us, we have furnished for you and trying to enjoy a nice atmosphere.
We wish you a pleasant stay in Chianti.
Typical Tuscan farmhouse in Chianti from 130 mq2 with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, from 2 to 6 people divided into:p ianterreno, first floor and basement.Parking and communal garden with gazebo and personal table.
Ground floor: entrance on large lounge consisting of living room with fireplace, large kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: bright corridor overlooking three rooms.One with double bed and two bedrooms with a comfortable medium for single or double use.All about parquet.Main bathroom with bath.
Basement: laundry service and safe.
All rooms are equipped with thermostats and wall air-conditioners functioning 3.
Ideal for a quiet holiday.
DISTANCES: 800 m from the beautiful medieval village of Monteriggioni .10 km from the small village of Quercegrossa with beautiful park pay Pools .15 km from Siena.28 km to San Gimignano .35 km from Volterra and 50 km from Florence through motorway entrance to 3 minutes.

Airport more than 50 km.
Spas, horseback riding, hiking and wine routes around.

The apartment is spacy and well furnished, situated in the center of Toscana.
Even during some rainy days, we enjoyed staying there. The kitchen is very good equiped, the sitting room is big enough for 5-6 persons and the fire place adds to the good atmosphere. Both bathrooms are good, the one with the hot tub was our favourite. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are okay (2 are 1,40 mtr, might have been a bit more).
The owners are very helpfull and caring. There was food for the first day(s), in case we could not go shopping.
We loved to be there and will stay there again next time we'll visit Toscane again.
