This residential area nearby La Casa Encendida cultural centre, Reina Sofia museum, the popular RASTRO de Madrid, next to the bohemiam neighbourhood of Lavapiés and only to few metres from AVE - Renfe Stationy to acess quick and easily to other important Spanish cities as Sevilla, Segovia, Toledo, Zaragoza... There are all the bus lines in front of the apartment, a tube stop and Atocha Renfe, which makes it very well communicated for travels to nearby villages. It is ideal to visit Madrid!!!
