There is 24hour access you have with host for any questions or problems. A number will be provided during check in.

Need Transportation? 
That will be an easy adjust our location is minutes away from The Union Station. In just a few steps easily board CTA on its elevated rail station that allows you access to the red, blue, & green line. If that’s not enough and you need to rent a vehicle, chauffeur, charter, or a guided tour inform us prior to check in and we’ll arrange transportation for you of choice.
