From the property, in a few minutes driving, you can reach the city, where in the summer public solariums are settled, and its historical center and the main beaches in 15-20 minutes. The nearby village of Belvedere is situated a few meters walking. There are various service, such as bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, petrol station, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurants, pubs, bakery, butcher, bank, cinema and newsagents. The location of the house is also a great starting point to enter the freeway, which is just five minutes by car.
The small villa is spread over 50 square meters, with private entrance, and is set on two floors.
On the ground floor is present, in addition to a comfortable bathroom (with washing machine), a bright environment comprising kitchen (fully equipped with all utensils and appliances: dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven), dining area and lounge, where there are a sofa bed and a large TV: this space overlooks through a large window onto a small private garden, partly paved and partly with grass, equipped with table and chairs.
