Perfect location in the middle of historic Rome. Apartment is clean and a good size. The kitchen is basic with gas stove ang good fridge. Electric oven is not working.
Bathrooms are adequate but cramped. 
Overall our stay worked ot very well. There are butchers and bakers at the front door. A small supermarket is only 100 metres away. Restaurants galore even closer.
Piazza Navona and Pantheon 200 metres and many other sights just a short walk.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung,genau wie beschrieben.Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 grossen Kindern 16/17 sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Nicolas ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck,bis zum Abflug, in seinem street food Restaurant unterstellen. Dort konnte man auch super Essen und verweilen, sehr gemütlich. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt,nettes Restaurant.
Von der Wohnung konnten wir alle Sehnswürdigkeiten super gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Great location,just 5 mins from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. 
Quiet street with plenty cafes,bakeries,supermarkets,etc nearby.
The owner of the apartment was a nice guy,left us check in early and was happy to answer all of our questions.He also booked us a taxi for our early morning departure.
One of the bathrooms had a small shower which was hard to move in without bumping against the tap,but otherwise everything was great.

Our apartment on Via D'Ascanio was comfortable, cozy and charming. We were in the middle of a typical Roman neighborhood in the Centro Storico. Bakeries, bars, churches, restaurants, shops and historic sites all within 3-5 minute walk. The amount of space for 4 adults was more than adequate, (certainly triple the space of a hotel room, along with a dining room and full kitchen and clothes washer for less than the price of similar hotel accommodations.) There were no negatives to this rental; I would only say that the bathrooms (2) need updating.  Having the use of an elevator, especially for luggage transportation, was a huge bonus.  The owner, Nicola, could not have been more helpful.  He arranged private transportation for us to Fiumicino, a stress-free ending to our wonderful stay in Roma.

Pictures and description deceiving. pictures make apartment look bright and large. It isn't. Bedrooms get good sunlight but the rest of the apartment does not. The bedrooms are a good size but rest of apartment is small. Suitcase barely fit through door or hallway. Bathroom small. Can't move in shower. 2nd bathroom is in the kitchen. Description says views of the city. The only views are the building next door and the elevator. It also says something about upscale furnishings. Not sure what they are referring to other than possibly the shower head in the extremely small shower. Owner is very nice and apartment is decent but is old and rundown. Paint pealing. Description very misleading.

Perfect locación, mini market across the street, delicious bakery around the corner everything you need in the same block.  Pantheon and most Rome attractions at walking distance. Apartment just as the pictures, very comfortable for 6 people.   Very nice and helpful owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir sind in ein Rom Ferienwohnung mit 2 Familien angereist . Der Vermieter hat uns auf Nachfrage ein Großraumtaxi zum Flughafen geschickt. Hat alles prima geklappt. Die Bäder sind etwas klein, aber für eine Woche Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden, aber 2 Espressokocher - schmeckt auch besser. Um die Ecke ist gleich eine Bäckerei, die 24 Stunden geöffnet hat. Ebenso ein Metzger, ein Café, ein Getränkeladen u.s.w. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man fast alles ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen kann. Falls man mal weiter rausfahren möchte bietet sich ein Tagesticket, das aktuell 6 € kostet, an. Für den Besuch im Kolosseum empfehle ich das Roma-Ticket, welches aktuell €34,00 kostet. Man erspart sich so die lange Warteschlange und der Eintritt ist frei. Außerdem kann man mit dem Ticket 3 Tage lang alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen. Kinder unter 18 Jahren sind in fast allen Museen frei. Der Vermieter Nicola besitzt in der Nähe eine Nudelbar und ist fast immer erreichbar. Ebenso steht er für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

We booked this apartment last minute and were pleased with our accomodation in Rome. It is not as modern as it appers in the photos but is very spacious and in a great central location. All the sites were within a walking distance. We struggled to find the place as we drove to Rome but the host was very helpful. He met us in a local carpark and guided us to the apartment. He carried most of the bags in for us as well!! We would definately stay here again. Perfect for a family. We travelled with 2 adults in 3 teenage children.

Upon arrival in Rome we were greeted by Nicola on arrival and the apartment on arrival was exactly as described. Very spacious bedrooms which easily accommodated 5 adults. Very close to all of Rome's main attractions. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment in a lovely safe and generally very quiet neighbourhood. The lift was a bonus and was put to good use after a day's sightseeing. I would not hesitate to recommend to other travellers looking for an alternative to hotel accommodation.

This apartment is in a perfect location to access anywhere you need to go in central Rome. Nicola was great - he arranged airport transportation for us and checked in during the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in apartment #895!

Apartment is just as pictured and impeccably clean. I am a clean freak and was very impressed. We had plenty of room to spread out and a great location. Close to all the sights and lots of restaurants and cafes and markets. Nicola and his parents were very nice and even had some gluten free items for me. Washing machine was a big plus. Great place to stay!

This was a great place for the seven of us to stay.  Nicola was very hospitable and made everything very easy for us.  He arranged travel from the airport to the apartment for our family of five and my parents who were arriving on a later flight.  And he also checked with us during the week to make everything was going well.  The location of this apartment is just about perfect.  We were able to walk to everything including the Vatican, the Colosseum area, the Borghese Gallery, the Spanish Steps and it is very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.  The apartment building is very nice and there are many useful shops in the block including many good quality restaurants and shops.  It's a short walk to just about anything you would need.  Everyone in our group was very satisfied with the apartment, the location and the communication with our host.  I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I were traveling to Rome.  Thanks, Nicola for making our first visit to Rome such a special one!
