Apartment set in the heart of Trastevere near the famous church of Santa Maria in Trastevere, close to transports, shops and restaurants.
120 sq. mts apartment + common terrace set on 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With single sofa bed, bookshelves, TV, DVD & CD player, coffee table, 3 windows, one on via del Leopardo, the other ones on via del mattonato;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, 2 windows
2 BEDROOMS
#1- with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, phone, window on via del Mattonato
#2 - with french size bed, small single bed ( only for children until 12 years old), bedisde table, 2 windows on via del Mattonato
BATHROOM
With bathtub and shower fix, bidet, wc, double sink, window;
TERRACE
To be shared with condominium,
Independent heating, TV, CD and DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, phone, WiFi, Terrace with View.
PLEASE NOTE : The Terrace is not open from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 22:00. Children not allowed on terrace.
Monthly possible, discounts for 2 weeks or more durring July / August until Sept10th.

My wife and our son at 8 enjoyed our stay. Very good appartment. Great taste. Everything was at our satisfaction.
Lots of space and nice owners. We would like to return anytime. In August a ceiling fan would have done nicely.

We were happy to have you as our guests, come back when you want, we put a ceiling fan, luckily this year's season is cooler! The house is located on the third floor, which is open and airy, but you have to close the blinds during the day and open at night! This will give you the natural air conditioning through the trees of the Gianicolo.

heerlijk licht, ruim en comfortabel appartement. centraal gelegen in Trastevere zodat veel op loopafstand is.
