The apartment was recently remodeled, is very cozy and easily accessible. The living room has a great view of the Tagus River, the bridge and Christ-King. It's equipped with cable TV, Wi-fi and a dining table that fits 6 people. Also has a double sofa bed (120x195cm) and a small closet.
The two bedrooms have ample closets, one has a double bed (160x200cm) and the other twin beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together (bed linen available).
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, exhaust fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge w/ freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, kitchen appliances, iron).
The bathroom is equipped with a standing shower, hair dryer and basic hygiene products.
In front of the apartment there is a free parking area. Along the street you can also park your car easily with no costs.
The area is well secured by a near-by police station. The apartment’s door is armored for extra safety. The apartment is surrounded by two botanical gardens in a quiet residential area.
Between Ajuda Palace (residence of the kings of Portugal after 1755) and Bethlehem Palace (the presidential residence), the apartment is only a few minutes walking-distance from Empire square, here you can find the Jerónimos monastery and Belem tower (both World Heritage of Humanity) Bethlehem Cultural Center, Coaches Museum, Marine Museum, Gulbenkian Planetarium, and, of course, the famous Pastéis de Belém that since 1837, have had the most beloved traditional custard egg tarts in Lisbon. Connected with the Portuguese voyages of discovery and along the riverside, Bethlehem is full of diverse leisure activities, gastronomy, cultural, sporting. Within a 30 min walk, you can reach Lisbon's historical center: Downtown or in public transports (bus, tour bus, boat, train), available in Empire square to all the places in Lisbon and to the beaches.
