Villa I7Pini is a villa on the slopes of Vesuvius immersed in a beautiful pine forest in the town of Torre del Greek city of flowers of coral and cameos, located in the center of the Gulf of Naples. The Villa is located in Camaldoli, and is located in a strategic position for the calm and tranquility of the place, just outside the bustle of the city, and due to its proximity from the Circumvesuviana Station Villa of the Brooms (only 150 meters) and just 2.5 km from the exit of Torre Annunziata Nord.

The apartment PIO, about 70 sqm., consists of:

1 double bedroom (2 beds), large wardrobe and bedside tables;

1 large room (sofa-bed for 2 persons, plus 2/3 single beds), large wardrobe with a small table;

1 kitchen-living room with table and chairs and a spacious kitchen with a large refrigerator,

1 bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet),

to a maximum, then, hospitality for 6-7 people.

It has also a long and large balcony that serves the master bedroom and another large room and there is yet another balcony in the kitchen-living room, very convenient for the household chores.

The PIO apartment is equipped with every comfort:

Satellite TV in every room and in the kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo (with radio, cd and mp3), table and iron, hair dryer, large fridge-freezer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, drying cloths, broom electrical utensils and crockery for 12 people, in the case of invitation guests.
Beautiful garden with pine trees and lemon trees. Balcony and panoramic outdoor space to dry clothes.

Quiet and safe area. Car can be parked safely on the road just below the villa and free.
Villa is just 150 meters from the Circumvesuviana train stop (villa delle ginestre) to start without using the car to visit the Herculaneum and Pompeii ruins or Naples or Sorrento. A few meters away is also a beautiful water park (Valle dell'Orso) and also in front of the Villa di Giacomo Leopardi as well as other Vesuvian villas and Excavation Oplonti. Nearby there are many restaurants and pizzerias as well as supermarkets and small groceries.
