The well-maintained and monitored building is surrounded by gardens and is a calm space amid a very lively district. The flat’s window opens to a large private garden! This calm of the flat pleasantly contrasts with the liveliness of the neighborhood! Public and private parts of the building are recently renovated. Sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests (4 adults + 1 child) can be found in the styled living area where you can find sofas, shelves, cupboards, chest of drawers, etc. All the home appliances and cooking utensils are provided so that you feel really at home. A combined microwave-oven and two heating plates can be used to cook foods that could be eaten seated at the dining table. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator with freezer, boiler, coffee machine, and TV are also provided as well as Wifi. You are supplied also with bed linen, and large and small towels.

Montparnasse Train and Metro Stations as well as Montparnasse Tower (the highest building in Paris, which, with its 360° view of Paris, is itself a tourist attraction) are only 100 meters away.
