The propriety is located in the village of Corconio about 1000 meter on the beach. Corconio is on the hill of Orta San Giulio(No).
The building is an old Villa, then divided into several apartments, with a beautiful park with wonderful views of Lake Orta. The propriety is located near of a railway line with a very low traffic.
The accommodation is a large one bedroom apartment with beautiful lake view and terrace on the top floor and consists of: living room with 3 sofa one of this is a sofa bed for two persons, dining room, small kitchen, double bedroom, one bath room with shower, second bat room without shower, on the top floor terrace of about 25 smq with wonderful views of the lake. Park for shared use .
The apartment can accommodate up to n. 5 people
2 persons in double bedroom
1 persons in the living room or bedroom (extra bed)
2 persons in the living room on sofa bed
We accept small pets. 35 euros extra
Equipment: satellite TV, free internet, HI-FI, electric oven, washing machine, wood stove, terrace with table and chairs, private parking. (acces of 1.80 m, or free parking 500 meters from the apartment).
