The Space

This is a beautiful one thousand square foot, two bedroom apartment that is centrally located close to everything entertaining but still offers the peace and quiet of a safe and beautiful community. The property is brick and solid so it is always cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. There are a vast amount of activities in the area. Located less than 25 miles from New York City it offers the family fun and adult night life that the Big Apple has to offer. The train leading to all destinations is just a 10 minute walk. Just a short drive away is the excitement of the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. There are a number of amusement parks in the surrounding area such as Bowcraft, Six Flags, and Hershey Park. If you enjoy outdoor activities Watchung mountains are a short walk or bike ride away or spend a day camping in the Appalachians. If you are looking for a day at the beach the beautiful and famous New Jersey shores are just minutes away by bus or car. This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. Located near New Brunswick, Princeton, and NYC its perfect for Unversity students as well.

Guest Access

Guest have access to the entire apartment space. There are no shared amenities. The space is completely private. We only ask that once the guest are in the apartment, please remove shoes.

Interaction with Guests

We like to allow for the guest to feel right at home so we try to give the guest as much privacy as possible. We may check in with the guest once a week or so.

The Neighborhood

This is a beautiful historic area with numerous Victorian mansions and mini-mansions.

Getting around

There area has access to Trains, buses, and taxis to get you anywhere you wish to go.


House RulesHelp conserve energy, Turn it off when not in use and unplug computer plugs when leaving home

Be considerate of the shower times, as well as bathroom time to 15 minutes if house is full of guests. Leave bathroom door open to let the steam out with mat on the tub.

Please walk softly around the house in the morning because not everyone will be up.

Clean up after your self if you are staying for longer periods of time.

There is no smoking on the premises permitted. If a guest does smoke on the premises all cleaning and repair cost will be the sole responsibility of the guest(s).

We do not condone the use of illegal drugs or the abuse of any alcoholic beverage. Any and all unlawful acts are prohibited anywhere on the property. If this is found to be the case, we will notify the local authorities immediately.

Please refrain from loud music and or yelling at anytime.

No unauthorized guest are allowed without proper written request and notification from the guest and approval of the property manager .

No pets are allowed.

We respect the privacy and comfort of all our guest and ask the same from anyone staying with us.

Any and all damages caused by a guest or guests will be the sole responsibility of said guest(s) and that guest or guests will be held liable for the cost of repairs.

There is a no tolerance policy. We will report any and all issues to Cities Reference and/or the necessary authorities.
