A small house in the historical center of Modica, baroque city and heritage by Unesco, completely renovated with taste and attention from a prestigious architect. The house is built on 3 levels and is composed of an entrance, an equipped kitchen with living room that opens onto a panoramic terrace, where you can place the dining table, from which you can enjoy an exciting panorama on the hill of Modica Alta and the splendid baroque church of San Giorgio. It has two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with single bed, two bathrooms, one of which within one of two double bedrooms. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning/heating. The mattresses are of quality as well as bed linen and the sponges for the bathroom. To the guests that have long stays, the linen is changed once a week. The house is equipped with TV, Internet Wi-fi, Ipod docking station, hair dryer. At check-in will be provided all the information about the city, beach resorts and the interesting sites to visit.
