Very well located apartment, allowing you to walk to all Madrid's main atractions. Secure underground parking was a huge bonus.  The apartment was well equipped and it was lovely to have an unexpected welcome pack of pastries,milk and a bottle of wine. The warm welcome of the 'caretaker' was also appreciated. All in all would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Super recomendable, muy bien situado en el centro de Madrid, con un supermercado justo debajo, y la boca del metro Tirso de Molina al lado. Te puedes desplazar andando a cualquier zona típica del centro de Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Zona de Chueca, y por supuesto tomar unas cañas y tapas en La Latina.
Respecto a Elena, genial, muy muy buena anfitriona, estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos recibió muy bien. Da gusto encontrarse con anfitriones como ella.
Os animo si visitáis Madrid a que os alojéis en este apartamento.

I can't recommend this apartment in Madrid highly enough. The décor is superb: modern, tasteful and quirky, and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, there are 2 couches, a great kitchen and very fast wi-fi. The location is excellent: very near to one of the best streets for tapas in Madrid, and the main attractions such as the Prado. Elena was a great host, responded to all e-mails very quickly, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. I hope to stay there again.

Old and basic, but clean apartment. Beds rather small, and not such a good quality.

The apartment is superbly locatecd a couple of blocks from Gran Via one of Madrid's main arteries and near a metro stop. The apartment itself is an absolute charm. Very well eqiuipped, sunny, cozy and comfortable. Maria was also very accomodating. We had a late train to Barcelona and she let us check out late in the evening, a little quirk which we deeply appreciated. We would defintely use Maria's services if we ever return to Madrid.
