Suite d'epoca in pieno centro in Palazzo storico Umbertino del 1840, molto caratteristico con pavimentazione e porte originali, appena ristrutturato, con aria condizionata, termoautonomo, TV Satellitare, Internet Wi-Fi gratuito, molto luminoso con tre camere da letto tutte dotate di TV e Wi Fi un grande salone 28mq, cucina con lavastoviglie, forno combinato con microonde, frigo, bollitore tavolo e sedie. Ubicato in pieno centro storico in uno dei quartieri più eleganti di Roma, quartiere Sallustiano (quartiere molto sicuro e tranquillo frequentato soprattutto da turisti alloggiati nei 5 hotels di Via Flavia e impiegati di banche), in via Flavia si possono trovare diversi ristoranti, pizzerie, marchet, banche, hotels e negozi di ogni genere. A circa 500 metri dalla Stazione Centrale di Roma Termini da dove si può raggiungere ogni parte di Roma. A circa 30 metri ci sono diverse fermate di autobus. Da via Flavia, con una comoda e bellissima passeggiate fra palazzi storici, si possono visitare i più noti siti turistici come Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, il Panteon, la famosa Via Veneto Villa Borghese, il Quirinale etc.
E' semplicissimo raggiungere l'appartamento:

3. La fermata (Via Giolitti) del capolinea dello shuttle-bus per l'Aeroporto di Ciampino è facilmente raggiungibile;

Fernando had been very welcoming to us and answered our queries patiently. He oriented us to everything in Rome and at the flat, even giving us free Italian Coffee. the apartment is very spacious, and elegant. the apartment only sleeps 6 but Fernando provided us with an extra bed. the apartment is very near to the city center. we truly enjoyed our stay in Rome!

The owner of this property in Rome was wonderful and the apartment fantastic. The apartment is spacious, clean and well decorated. It is in a convenient area with access to the many sights of Rome by either foot or bus. Fernando went above and beyond - even having yogurts and juice on hand for our kids. He also supplied maps, details on buses to catch and even a lift to the airport, as well as his contact details should we have any problems. Should we ever return to Rome, this apartment will be our first stop! We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Rome. Fernando - Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

We, a group of four, spent eleven days in this apartment in Rome. Right from the start, Fernando replied to our bookings and other correspondence in under 24 hours and was also available by telephone and speaks English.
Upon arrival he greeted us personally and told us all we need to know about visiting Rome and getting around. The apartment has been newly renovated with very acceptable furniture, good mattresses and potted plants. The kitchen is brand new as are all the pots, pans , dishes and silverware. It was more than sufficient to make complete three course meals for all four of us. Everything was clean and in good repair. The location could hardly be better. It is very central with good access to public transportation and is in a very good part of town.
I can confirm all the previous 3 reviews here. Thank you Fernando for all your assistance and the lift to the bus station at 06:00 in the morning as we checked out!

We spent a marvellous week in Rome. The Appartment is beautiful, quiet, spacious and clean, located in a very central area. We discovered most sites by waking. The most warm welcome of the appartment owner was a good start into a hollyday week. On the departure day he took us on a ride through the city before dropping us at the Termini station. We can warmly reccomend the flat .

The apartment dates back to the 1850ies and is very comfortable and functional. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, it is clean and well placed to visit the most attractive sites of Rome. We really enjoyed our stay. “Via Flavia” is a very elegant street, with plenty of hotels, restaurants, pizza places and food shops. I suggest you to taste the pizza of the pizzeria just in front of the apartment building: it is really excellent! Antonio, the landlord was very kind and helpful. Thank you Antonio!
I recommend this apartment to all those who want to have a “Vacanza romana” in the main downtown core.
