Logement agréable et très bien placé. Hote réactif et arrangeant, très agréable même si nous ne nous sommes pas vus. L emplacement était assez pratique pour visiter les gros spots en 30 min à pied max. Appartement ancien "dans son jus", pas standing mais plein de charme. Terrasse très sommaire (après nous y sommes allés en novembre...) Très confortable. Un peu bruyant du à des travaux dans l'immeuble a ce moment là. En conclusion, allez y!

My mother and aunt stayed at this amazing place in the heart of Rome. They were extremely happy with the central location and explored Rome by foot easily. The place is in a lively neighborhood but still very quiet. They can totally recommend staying there.

The experience in the apartment was wonderful. Starting with the location, it was close to everything and surrounded by beautiful places. The accomodation was perfect. There was everything we could possibly need for our stay. Guglielmo was very attentive to our needs, especially during check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour chez Guglielmo. Notre arrivée a été grandement facilité avec les bons conseils de notre hôte. Le quartier est très sympa pour aller au restaurant, boire un verre ou rayonner dans la ville à pieds comme nous l'avons fait. L'appartement est d'ailleurs bien situé près des bus et taxis, assez grand et propre. Le seul bémol était le canapé-lit du salon qui faisait un creux au milieu. Le couchage est rapidement devenu inconfortable pour notre adolescent de 13 ans mais très bien pour notre fille de 5 ans. L'autre couchage dans la chambre était très bien et la clim était un vrai plus avec la température à Rome ces derniers jours. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le toit terrasse de l'immeuble où nous sommes allés tous les jours prendre le petit déjeuner ou boire un verre au soleil couchant. C'est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cet appartement et serions prêts à y retourner le cas échéant. Merci encore.

Merci de nous avoir accueillis dans cet appartement. L'accueil d'Iryna était parfait ainsi que vos conseils pour accéder au logement. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis et avons apprécié tant l'environnement que l'appartement en lui-même. Le seul bémol va au canapé-lit du salon qui est vraiment très très inconfortable et dont la literie mériterait d'être changée. Merci.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Rom stiegen die Temperaturen an mehreren Tagen über 40° C. Dank der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer konnten wir uns während den heissesten Stunden des Tages gut abkühlen. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung von Marzia auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :).

Vielen Dank für die gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Nachrichten. Die Küche und das Bad waren bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht zu 100% sauber. Aufgrund des relativ hohen Preises der Unterkunft, hätten wir da ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rom :). Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación y lo tranquilo que es aún estando en un barrio de tanto ambiente. Se descansa bien y está a una distancia razonable de los sitios de interés, pudiendo hacer la mayoría de los recorridos a pie. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia y del barrio.

Hola, hemos disfrutado del apartamento y como sugerencia de mejora propondria arreglar el mando a distancia del aire acondicionado :)

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und perfekt gelegen, mitten in Trastevere. Rundherum sind viele Restaurants, Minimarkets, schöne Plätze, Flanierstrassen, Parks (Orto Botanico), Kirchen (Basilica Santa Maria), Museen (Museo di Roma in Trastevere). Der Kontakt mit Guglielmo war sehr angenehm: prompt, hilfsbereit und klar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in diese Wohnung!

Loved the apartment! Spacious, comfortable, quiet, and centrally located in Trastevere. Walkable to so many restos and to both the Cosimato and campo di Fiori markets. Also near taxi and bus stop, which was super convenient! We really enjoyed our stay! Just a bit of advice to fellow travelers: taxis are convenient and affordable to/from the train station-9-13 euros, depending on traffics- Use it instead of taking the H bus, which is always crowded and late. Also, if you need to buy tickets in-person to get into the colosseum, go line up before it opens and you will get in within an hour of opening. Otherwise, it will be a much longer wait. Avoid the guides outside. Favorite resto in trastevere is Othello and best gelato is Fior di Luna! Loved our stay in Trastevere! Thank you for everything!

Really appreciate your setting up the sofa couch for our kids. It was perfectly comfortable. Everything was great. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to provide a neighborhood map with key sites like fresh food markets, mini markets like the carrefour express, bus stop, and taxi stand. Maybe a list of your favorite restos? There were so many in the area. Any ways, thank you!! We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Appartement agréable et excellente situation dans un quartier très vivant mais au calme pour dormir (côté cour). Nous étions avec 2 enfants (7 et 8 ans) et avons tout fait à pieds. Il suffit de traverser le pont piéton (ponte sisto) et vous êtes dans le centre historique ! Belle vue des toits terrasse pour un apéro en fin de journée. Notez qu'il y a tout de même 3 étages à monter à pieds pour accéder à l'appartement. Le logement est bien équipé mais les literies ne sont pas d'un confort extrême. Sur le canapé-lit, le matelas est très fin, on sent beaucoup les ressort. Pour des enfants ça semble juste suffisant mais je déconseille pour des adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour chez cet hôte très accueillant !

Everything was perfect and we had a great time in the apartment!
We were there during the winter.

What we liked:
1. location - in the heart of Trastevere, close to the bridge that connects to Rome city center. There were enough buses around to get by (some closer than others).
2. The place: its a proper home and not an "airbnb apartment". This means it feels warm and personal, and has everything you might need to live (rather than be just a tourist),
3. Rooftop - it is shared with other neighbors but on sunny winter days its perfect to enjoy the sun, have lunch, dry clothes etc.
4. The host - we didnt meet the owner but we did meet the contatc person Guglielmo who was amazing, hepled us with everything and was very communicative.
5. Bed - very comportable!
6. Instant hot water (using gas heater).

What can be improved:
1. Adding a microwave in the kitchen would be very helpful...
2. It was winter and thus very cold. We had to use the gas/radiator for heating which was super expensive. (around 160 eur, plus elec' which was 50 more - total of 250eur for 1 month of satying). Installing AC with good energy rating would save a lot to future guests. 
3. Pillows - there were'nt very comfortable and felt a bit "tired". Id recommed buying new pillows so guests can choose the ones that they prefer.
4. TV - the on in the aprtment is more of a computer screen, size 24 inch. I'd consider installing a new, bigger (at least 32-42 inch) Smart TV (so guests can connect their own Netflix, HBO or other streaming services). 
5. Oven - a bit basic for people who like to cook (like us). Also is uses gas and not just electricity. Would consider getting (even a 2nd had) oven which more cooking options

Overall: hightly recommended for a long stay in Rome!!!

Appartamento di charme, luminoso e silenzioso, molto ben attrezzato. La terrazza condominiale posta sul tetto offre una bellissima vista sul Gianicolo. Allo stato attuale lo raccomanderei per 2 persone, essendo il divano letto piuttosto scomodo. Buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il centro di Roma (piazza Farnese, Campo dei fiori, piazza Navona). Passeggiata gradevole attraverso Trastevere la mattina per raggiungere alcuni ottimi negozi di generi alimentari tipici, molto affollato la sera!


Come già scritto, l'appartamento andrebbe un pò rinfrescato, il confine tra charme e trasandato è sottile! Abbiamo apprezzato l'arredamento, dalle tende (alcune delle quali da lavare) alle lampade, belle le piastrelle della cucina e del bagno (rubinetteria da rivedere, stuccatura specchio lavandino idem, caffettiere da sostituire, manca una teiera un pò capiente), interessante selezione di libri e bei quadri/stampe alle pareti. Il divano letto è veramente scomodo, come del resto mi aveva preannunciato. Il terrazzo è una grande risorsa, non so se essendo condominiale è possibile per il periodo estivo attrezzarne un angolo per i clienti. Spero di non essere troppo noioso con questi dettagli, ma anche io affitto di tanto in tanto il mio appartamento al mare e sono abituato alle segnalazioni più o meno giustificate da parte degli inquilini. This was my first time in Italy and I must say it was absolutely wonderful. I went on a solo trip for a month as I was able to work remote during this time. The internet was great, apartment had ample space and the roof top was perfect for reading. Trastevere is the perfect location for a long stay. It is close to all tourist attractions but far enough to not be stuck the in center. It is a very safe area with plenty of restaurant and bar options to chose from

Guglielmo is truly one of the best hosts - he was so thoughtful and thorough at check in and ensured our time in Rome would be off to a great start. He was always easily available by phone for any questions, which we greatly appreciated as well. The apartment is really wonderful - very spacious with lovely bohemian and artistic touches. The location is perfect, we really loved staying here and our time in Trastevere.

Die Wohnung von Guglielmo ist einfach fantastisch, super gelegen, die beste Pizzeria direkt im Haus und eine Dachterrasse gibt es auch noch! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und Guglielmo war ein sehr, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch einen früheren Check in, beziehungsweise Late Checkout möglich gemacht hat. Wir danken von Herzen, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Rom!!

A charming apartment. The owner has decorated tastefully with a bohemian style.
Everything needed for comfort and practical functioning within the apartment is provided.
The location is central to many attractions. Most within walking distance.
Behind the neighbourhood is a great walk up the hill to see the sunset over Roma.
Nearby is Ponte Sista where talented musicians busk during the day and evening.
Dinner time offers a plethora of choice restaurants all within the Trastevere district minutes from the apartment.
Although Trastevere is a vibrant, pulsating area in the evening the apartment  is quiet and serene because it's up high on the top floor with thick walls and a solid front door.

Excellent hosts, great location, fair price, and apartment has everything you need. Apartment does get hot in the summer, and the old air conditioning unit struggles to cool the place down. Wouldn't be an issue apart from during the hot summer months. FYI there are a lot of stairs to go up and down if you're going back and forth a lot!

Thank you for everything, was a lovely apartment in a really great area. One note is that the air conditioning doesn't do a very good job cooling the place down in the summer, and it's a very noisy unit. We had to leave it on overnight because of how hot the apartment gets, but it made it difficult to sleep because of how noisy it was.

I was staying for one month and had a splendid time in the apartment. Guglielmo gave me a very warm welcome and was always keen to help with everything you would possibly need! Either regarding the apartment or tips for trips in the city or to the sea. The apartment is very quiet and beautiful furnished. It was the perfect home for a longer stay. The rooftop was definitely my favourite spot to look over the roofs of Rome and read a book. I would come back any time

I had a wonderful time at Guglielmo's apartment. It is clean and spacious with lots of light. It is close to everything and would definitely go back. The rooftop terrace is very nice and convenient since the apartment is on the top floor.
