Очень хорошее местоположение, близко к достопримечательностям Ватикана и Старого города. Большая квартира, с двумя санузлами, тремя комнатами для сна (одна большая спальня и две небольших комнаты), на кухне посудомойка и духовка (без микроволновой печи). Приветственный кекс от хозяйке Антоннелы. Без проблем заселила нас очень поздно. На первом этаже дома 2 ресторана. Продуктовый магазин в соседнем доме. Отличное соотношение качества и цены


Very good location, close to the attractions of the Vatican and the Old Town. A large apartment, with two bathrooms, three bedrooms for sleeping (one large bedroom and two smaller rooms), kitchen dishwasher and oven (no microwave). A welcome from the hostess cupcake Antonnely. No problem we settled very late. On the ground floor of the house 2 restaurants. Grocery store next door. Excellent quality-price ratio.

This is an exceptional apartment and Antonella is the perfect host!  The location is a perfect balance of neighborhood friendliness with walking access to shopping, great food, fun little bars, grocery stores etc.
The small elevator is just right for getting the suitcases up to the 3rd floor.
Once inside large windows open to overlook the street and 2 small balconies allow for unbelievable people watching and soaking up the Roman atmosphere.
The windows are incredibly soundproof so even though you're in the midst of the urban Rome you don't hear it when they're closed.
There were 4 adults on this trip so with 2 bathrooms / 1 shower and 2 bedrooms we were very comfortable.  It's a full kitchen w/microwave and oven plus laundry machine and dishwasher.
Antonella lives upstairs and is quickly available to answer questions, provide recommendations etc.
I'm not sure how to improve on this experience - simply wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment.  We found it conviently located, well equiped, spacious, and would defenitely stay there again next time we are in Rome.

We spent two enjoying weeks in this apartment where we really felt like home.
Antonella, the property owner, welcomed us with a homemade cake, a bottle of wine and some good advice.
We highly recommend this very spacious and quiet apartment.
It is tastefully furnished and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location, within walking distance from all the sights of the historic center. You can easily reach the more remote places with a very convenient public transport (metro or buses).
We would love to come back again!

My husband and I spent several months in this elegant, comfortable apartment in the Prati district. The apartment is perfectly located, a five-minute walk to St Peter’s Basilica, and within easy walking reach of the historic center across the Tiber. The area is also served by a multitude of buses if you don’t feel like walking – but this is one of the great pleasures of Rome.
Prati is a beautiful district, full of cafés, great shopping on Cola di Rienzo, and two covered neighborhood markets that offer the freshest produce, cheese, meats, and other non-food items. The Mercato Trionfale (the Triumphal Market) is the larger of the two markets and is located near the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Wonderful local color.
One of the reasons my husband and I rented the apartment, aside from the gorgeous photos which understate the apartment’s actual beauty, were the positive reviews of Antonella, our landlady. They are accurate, and I wholeheartedly add to her praise. She is sparkling, gracious, and thoughtful, and does everything to make you comfortable, including welcoming you with her own cake, along with pastries, crackers and wine. I would absolutely recommend this place if you come to Rome. It will add to and enrich your stay. We can’t wait to return.

We had a fabulous time in Rome.  The apartment was wonderful and contributed greatly to our enjoyment of this beautiful city.  The apartment was very comfortable, spacious (we were a group of 4 adults), bright, airy, and perfectly situated.  The apartment's owner was very gacious and accommodating ( we arrived at 1:00 am, and she cheerfully greeted us and showed us around).  I would gladly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment. Location was great. Within walking distance of St Peter's and bus stops. Homemade cake on arrival along with everything we needed for breakfast. Our host lived upstairs and was so helpful. Restaurant along the street very good.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.  Convient to Billa and the farmers market.  Antonella was a great landlord (she makes a great pound cake and starts you off with some cooking supplies and wine) and she has the apartment very nicely decorated with lovely art.  TONS of storage for clothing and suitcases and plenty of room for 4 to 5 people.  Plenty of pots and pans and all equipment worked well (although we never turned on the TV,  why go to Roma and watch TV).
Thanks Antonella we really enjoyed your apartment and would stay there again tin a heartbeat.

A very nice, tidy, spacious and tastefully furnished apartment with a tremendous living room, also WLAN and TV (sky) is available. It is ideal situated for visiting Rome. And last, but not least the landlady is the nicest and kindest we have ever met. She gave us a kind of starter kitt, comprising red wine, mineral water, coffee, milk, even a delicious homemade cake. All important things for cooking were available: virgin olive oil, vinagre, salt, sugar, pepper ... And we were free to consume it. Her son even accompanied us to find a parking for our car and assist us with change for the parkometer.
We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this apartement truly.

Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment, located in good proximity to Piazza di Risorgimento, Vatican Museums and Saint Peter Square; local markets and cafes. Excellent restaurants on Via dei Gracchi; the owners ,the Signorelli were very gracious during our stay in Rome. We loved visiting the Prati after spending mornings at St. Peters.
