A 2 minuti dalla metropolitana, tra il Colosseo e Piazza Venezia, in uno dei quartieri più vecchi e belli di Roma;
60mq+60mq terrazza, appartamento sito al quarto (ultimo) piano senza ascensore (circa 65 gradini) e così composto:
CAMERA DA LETTO
con letto matrimoniale, sedia, armadio, cassettiera, aria condizionata, soffitto in legno e 2 finestre, una con vista su Via dei Capocci e 1 su Via dei Ciancaleoni;
SALONE
con divano letto a una piazza e mezza, libreria, tv satellite, lettore dvd, tavolo e 3 sedie, aria condizionata, soffitto in legno e 2 finestre su Via dei Capocci, 1 conducente a un piccolo balcone;
CUCINA
con cucina a gas e forno elettrico, lavandino, frigorifero e congelatore, sistema di ventilazione e finestra;
BAGNO
con doccia, bidet e finestra;
Una scala in salone con 17 scalini conduce al secondo livello con:
TERRAZZA
con divano, tavolo e sedie, sdraio, vasi con piante, lavatrice, frigorifero, barbecue e gradevole vista sui tetti romani.
Riscaldamento autonomo, lavatrice, tv satellite , lettore dvd, aria condizionata, no telefono, soffitti in legno, balcone, terrazza. Affitti mensili possibili.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem eingewohnten Teil Roms, in dem aber nicht ständig die Touristen durchflanieren. Man geht 10 Minuten zum Forum Romanung, hat viele kleine und nette Geschäfte in den Nebenstraßen und einen kleinen Supermarkt (Margerita)zwei Straßen weiter(Via del Boschetto) . Die Küche ist gut genug zum Selberkochen, was man unbedingt mit den mitrgebrachten Markteinkäufen tun sollte. Ob morgens den Capuccino oder abends den Wein, man kann sich nett auf der Dachterrasse ausruhen (ein bisschen öddelig ist das Sofa, aber sonst alles OK).
Das HAus ist atmosphärisch schön, bietet eigentlich aber nur für zwei Personen Platz, da die anderen beiden auf der Ausziehcouch vor dem Esstisch schlafen müssen. Die alten Fensterläden und das Interieur ist stilvoll, das Bad auch, aber die Duschtür klemmt fürchterlich, so als ob man kein Schmierfett kenne.
Nachts ist es auf der Straße bis zwei Uhr lebendig. Wer viel Ruhe benötigt ist hier falsch beraten, wer sich aber abends vor dem Haus in der Pizzeria und Weinbar mit den Leuten vergnügen möchte ist hier genau richtig.
Der kleine Marktplatz (Vie Zingari) 200 m weiter ist ein Platz, an dem sich viele Menschen zum Klönen und Trinken treffen, sehr gemütlich. Am besten setzt man sich mit einem Eis selber dazu, das man sich in der Via dei Serpenti im besten Eisladen gekauft hat, den ich je gesehen und getestet habe.
Volles Lob für den netten Empfang in deutscher Sprache, die gute Betreuung und die netten Tipps. Die Kaution von 200Euro hätte vorher auf der Seite der Homepage erwähnt werden sollen, damit man das einplanen kann. Danke für den netten Urlaub! Ciao Michael Greiner-Junghans, Oldenburg

die Ausstattung Wohnung war sehr gut und sie ist zentral gelegen;
der einzige Nachteil war das sie nicht sehr sauber war und wir bei Anreise erstmal selber die Wohnung gesäubert haben.Wir werden aber trotzdem die Wohnung wieder mieten ; der Service und die verlässlichkeit von Raffaela und ihren kollegen war auch sehr gut und freundlich...in diesem Sinne werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen

The apartment needs to be cleaned much better.
The rooftop terrace is nice, but if it is raining and you have to be inside, the livingroom should have at least 2 armchairs, and at little table, where you could sit and have breakfast/eat ect. we were 3 persons and the sofa was turned into a bed.

A charming apartment in a very convenient area. The proximity to the metro (200 metres) was a big plus. The apartment was very clean and the rooftop terrace is amazing! What a great place to enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing!

L'appartement est bien situé et nous a permis de visiter tout Rome à pieds y compris le vatican le plus éloigné (à 1h de marche avec des enfants de 8 et 11 ans). Le principal objectif était donc atteint pour nous. Bonne pizzeria juste en face. La rue n'est pas très belle ni la vue de la terrasse, mais le quartier est calme la nuit. Pour la note, j'ai hésité entre "moyen" et "bien" car la propreté de l'appartement n'était pas excellente. Un détail qui peut être important pour certains : La douche est très étroite !

We really enjoyed the location and the roof top terrace. A few more steps than we wanted to climb every day, but we had a wonderful time. Nice local restaurants, close food store, close to the train. Its a 3-5 minute walk to the metro, then you can take the train to Colloseum, Circus Maximus, Vatican City, Termini Station. Wonderful flat.
