The house, located in Le Forna, is on three levels. Two comfortable entrances on the ground floor introduce one to the living room furnished with sofas, television and a wardrobe with dishes and glasses and to the eat-in kitchen complete with appliances, a small bathroom with shower and (at the back) a small space furnished with table and chairs. From the kitchen through a comfortable staircase you reach two double bedrooms. The largest has a small bathroom with shower and a large closet, the second a bathroom with tub. From the windows of the two rooms you can enjoy views towards the Circeo and the island of Palmarola. From this first floor with a spiral staircase you reach an intermediate floor where there is the third double bedroom with a small bathroom. The spiral staircase finally leads to a roof terrace with exit to the large terrace, with a 360 degree view, from which you can admire wonderful sunsets on the island of Palmarola. In front of the house - but detached - there is a private garden also furnished with a large table and benches that can be enjoyed throughout the day. You park a few steps from the house. Cala dell'Acqua and Cala Cavone can be reached on foot. Convenient location also for the presence of a butcher, a pizzeria and a greengrocer.

La casa, che si trova  in località Le Forna,  si articola su tre livelli. Due comodi accessi al piano terra introducono una al salotto arredato con  divani,  televisione ed un armadio con piatti e bicchieri e alla cucina abitabile e completa di elettrodomestici, un piccolo bagno con doccia e (sul retro) un piccolo spazio arredato con  tavolo e sedie. Dalla cucina attraverso una comoda scala si raggiungono due camere matrimoniali. La più grande ha un piccolo bagno con doccia ed un grande armadio,  la seconda  un bagno con vasca. Dalle finestre delle due stanze si possono godere affacci verso il Circeo e sul- l'isola di Palmarola.Da questo primo piano con una scala a chiocciola si raggiunge  un piano intermedio dove è presente la terza stanza matrimoniale con un piccolo servizio. La scala a chiocciola  conduce infine ad un'altana con uscita sulla grande terrazza, con vista a 360 gradi, dalla quale è possibile ammirare meravigliosi tramonti sull'isola di Palmarola.
Di fronte la casa - ma staccato - c'è un giardino di proprietà anch'esso arredato con grande tavolo e panche godibilissimo durante tutta la giornata.
Si parcheggia a pochi passi dall'abitazione.
Raggiungibili a piedi  Cala dell'Acqua e Cala Cavone.
Comoda posizione anche per la presenza di una macelleria, di una pizzeria e fruttivendolo
