The apartment is located in the Villa Lombardini, built in the 70′s, surrounded by a large garden and is situated in a context of other family houses. The villa consists of two apartments on the first floor is one of the owners, on the first floor that used as a holiday home.

The apartment is on the first floor, composed by 7 rooms, consists of 2 bedrooms (2 with double beds and a sofa bed), a kitchen, a living room and a reading room.

The rooms are furnished in a simple but elegant style, the atmosphere is very bright and spacious, just what you would expect from a mountain house , the simplicity combined with the warmth and comfort.

Relaxation is guaranteed by the neighboring geographical context, as the house is surrounded by mountains, in a pleasant climate having regard to its geographical location, about 500 meters above sea level, but also with the ability to have full autonomy of the apartment and the house thanks to the separate entrances.
