Very friendly owner.Good beds but no chest of drawers anywhere and only stark clothingrack in one bedroom. We found the kitchen sufficient and central heating in good order. Bathroomfascility very old and inadequate; needs modernizing. Neighboorhood picturesque, but also a bit much on de decline; many homeless peolpe sleeping in the streets. The rooms of the appartment were very spacious and the appartment itself had a nice nostalgic feel to it with some antique pictures and furniture.

Very comfortable, homey, and an excellent value. Lucien, the Owner met us, provided excellent information about the area, the local supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay. As others have noted, the metro is right outside the front door and what a beautiful thing at the end of a long day of sightseeing. An equally beautiful thing is the elevator (we grew to adore that thing!). We were so close to the termini, that we opted to go above ground when leaving for Florence so we wouldn't have to haul the luggage up and down the metro stairs. Noise was not a problem. The beds were very comfortable. The large bedroom has a very nice table for comfortable gatherings at the end of the day. You will need to time your showers about 20 to 25 minutes apart. That is the only downside. You will be very happy here. I highly recommend hiring a shuttle at the airport - it is actually cheaper than using the Leonardo Express (if you have 3 or more people) and they will drop you at the door! That, too, is a beautiful thing.

Nice, comfortable place in an excellent location. The apartment is roomy enough for a family, steps away from the metro, and right across the street from a park. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat hit-or-miss, and we would suggest adding a toaster to the kitchen amenities. Some means of internet access would also have been ideal. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend the apartment to others.

We had a fantastic stay. The area is perfectly located across from a park, steps from the metro, near restaurants, gelaterias, coffee shops, a pharmacy, a grocery store and walking distance to many sites. The owner was very helpful and nice... Cold water and cookies on arrival. The elevator was a great surprise. It took a little while to figure out the hot water for a shower, but that worked out. Only down side was no Internet connection, but who needs that when there is so much to do in Rome! Enjoy!

Very nice, spacious, and suitable apartment. We are 2 adults, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old). The owner, Luciano, was INVALUABLE in helping us retrieve a suitcase lost by the airlines. On a busy plaza/ street; earplugs were helpful at night.

The location is excellent, right opposite the metro station and within walking distance from major places of interest, The flat is spacious and fairly well furnished. The landlord left a few items such as oil, coffee, sugar, spices, and washing up liquid, which is very kind of him. He was very cordial and welcoming and gave some good advice about places where you can eat. Perhaps the comfort would be improved if a kettle, a toaster and some wine glasses were added to the kitchen set. I definitely recommend this accomodation.

This place was fantastic! The location was great - literally a few steps away from a Metro station, and surrounded by bakeries and gelaterias. The park across the street was a wonderful place to take a morning or evening stroll. We went out for pastries every morning and made our own coffee. We made dinner a couple times -- the kitchen is partially stocked and fully supplied with an oven and a stove. Luciano was even thoughtful enough to buy us an iron just because my dad asked for one.

The place was tough for us to find at first, but we were tired and stressed (traveling with family will do that). We were an hour late when we finally found it, but Luciano understood completely and was very warm and welcoming.

We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Lovely if noisy apartment, but basic maintenance has been neglected - towel rails, fridge door, toaster and coffee machine broken, missing light bulbs, insufficient glasses, no cork screw, cutting board and inadequate cooking utensils. Would be great if someone bothered to sort out these irritating little problems.

We had a great time in Rome, the apartment was perfectly situated close to Metro and train station and bus lines. Our host was very gracious and gave us ideas of where to shop and places to go to see. We plan to go back to Rome and hope that we can let the same apartment. The view was excellent from all the windows. Love, Love loved it. The only problem we had was the water heater kept going off when we were in the shower and the water went from hot to cold and the tv didn't (or we couldn't figure it out) work. But if our host will have us next time, we already know where we want to stay whenever we go to Rome. Thank you for helping us get the perfect place to enjoy Roma.

l'appartement correspond exactement à la descripton faite sur le site. Les photos sont très fidèles. Le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et nous a donné des indications précieuses sur les commerces environnants et le quartier.
L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome (nombreux moyens de transport en commun à proximité immédiate) et l'accès depuis l'aéroport est très commode (train Leonardo + quelques minutes de marche à partir de Termini). Le quartier est agréable. L'appartement est vaste, clair et bien équipé. Un point d'amélioration cependant : le chauffe-eau est quelque peu capricieux. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous aimerions pouvoir louer à nouveau cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour à Rome.

Very nice clean apartment and the owner Mr Valente was very helpful. Overlooks the piazza Emmanuelle Vittorio II, next to the metro station and 5 minutes walk to the colosseum. We had a great few days in Rome and it was nice to come back to a spacious appartment to relax.
