Your family will have a nice time in this 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with natural pine interior. The first floor has a large, open and airy kitchen / dining / living room with vaulted ceilings, accompanied by a wood stove (firewood provided), and a breakfast bar. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a set of bunk beds, and a full bath increased from a laundry cubby with a full-size washer / dryer. The second floor has a loft sitting area, a master bedroom with queen and adjacent full specifications bath.Exterior include a wrap-around deck with a gas grill, and a summer veranda closed to spend lazy afternoons. This hotel that accepts pets holiday can accommodate up to 6-8 people (forced capacity) Upon obtaining a reservation, Guest acknowledges that an advance booking payment of 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation properties, and for regular reservations, the balance is due in full 14 days prior to our date of guest arrival, and is automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two-scheduled date, and that bookings for holidays from December 15 until January 4, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to the credit / debit card of our Guest on December 1. For legal and accounting reasons, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same as the owner of the credit / debit card, and that person is considered a Guest. All others involved with the lease occasion are considered guests of the client, and all bookings, cancellation, and policies of discussion damages will be discussed with the guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will refund your Reservation Payment, minus the Cities Reference rate for the service charged at time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the greater). 20 through 15 days will be lost as the Cities Service Reference fee charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, 50% of the booking fee, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged to when booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall apply. If canceled 14 days or less you will lose the full payment unless the home (s) can be re-rented.After of booking, please contact us to fill out the online agreement form and send to us. We have to get this agreement form to complete your reservation.Guests checking in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up the keys, and we are available 7 days a week if guests need or concerns.No more than two animals household Utensils (if pets). We do not charge a pet animal deposit.All properties are not smoking.All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without noticeUpon making a reservation, guests are sent via e-mail (hard copy is available on request) a confirmation document that includes an attached PDF file with directions to our office, directions to the house for the holidays, the emergency number after midnight phone to our office, the phone number for the house for the holidays, the port access code (if the holiday home is located in one of the gated communities ... except Snowater), the check-out procedures, our pets policy (if the holiday home is pet friendly) , rules and Community regulations, and other important information. You'll want to pass this information on to all the members of his party who may arrive separately. DO NOT MISS THESE ITEMS! Upon arrival at our office, we are able to distribute a maximum of 2-set of keys (gate and steps, if applicable) for each property. PLEASE Plan ahead.

Glacier Springs Cabin #21 - This Pet Friendly Family Vacation Home Says Cabin in The Country!

Your family will have a delightful time in this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath log cabin with a natural pine interior. The first floor features a large, open and airy kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, vaulted ceilings, complimented by a wood stove, (firewood provided) and a breakfast bar.  There is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with one regular sized bunk bed, and one full bath augmented by a laundry cubby with a full-size washer/dryer.  The second floor features a loft sitting area, a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and an adjoining full bath. Exterior features include a wrap-around deck and an enclosed summer porch for spending lazy afternoons. This pet-friendly and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $163.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.

  • New Years: $1,051per night
