Holiday villa for 16 persons located on the legendary Playa de Palma situated only 200m from the beach in a
quiet, privileged residential area in Palma de Majorca. Many amenities such as a private pool, roofed BBQBar
and outdoor kitchen, 300sqm sun-terrace with sun beds, garden swing, hammocks, baby pool and table
tennis guarantee a relaxing and varied dream holiday.
This holiday home is very popular with families, groups and companies and features seven individual
decorated rooms with allergy free double beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, central heating and
four bathrooms with natural light. A modern equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for. The kitchen is
fully equipped with an additional dining room for up to 7 persons, dish washer, two spacious refrigerators and
freezer guarantee cool drinks and food. The adjacent pantry offers additional storage room for the groups
grocery shopping.
All bedrooms can be darkened, are non smooking rooms and have large queen- or king size beds. On the
ground floor are two beautiful marble bathrooms (convenient massage shower, bath tub, bidet and toilet). In
the basement is a bath with bath tub, shower and toilet. On the top floor is a shower bath. The light filled
75sqm living room in penthouse style features an open area with fireplace, dining area for up to ten persons
and a cosy TV-corner. Direct pool access from the terrace.
The 1300sqm area is bordering on a quiet park with a chapel where 4 parking spaces are available with
further parking facilities in front of the house. The rental price per day is between 350 Euros up to 650 Euro
for the entire house, depending on the season. Because of the fantastic location and infrastructure, beach,
supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes and night clubs are reachable within a few
minutes walking distance.
