This comfortable apartment is located in a brownstone in one of the most popular area of Brooklyn, bordering the area of Park Slope and few block away from Prospect Park (made by the same designers of Central Park) and subway (5 min walk from the apartment). The area is full of restaurants. Close by Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical garden, and easy to access to Manhattan with the express train that will bring you to Wall street in 15 min.
1000sq.ft apartment set on the 2nd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, sofa, coffee table, bookshelves, cable Tv, DVD player, chairs, AC, windows;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with electric stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, table and chairs, cupboards and utensils,
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With double bed, bedside tables, chair, chest of drawers;
#2- With double bed, bedside tables, chair, chest of drawers;
BATHROOM
With bathtub, sink, wc, hair dryer;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, potted plants.
Independent heating, AC, cable TV, DVD player, microwave, WiFi, phone, baby cot available on request.

We were impress by the place and the garden attahed to the apartment, my kids loved it. We were so please with how quiet and dark the room was, my wife and Igot such a good rest after walking (shopping) all day around in Manhattan. The neighborhood is an area so colorful and full of life that we took a couple of days to explor it. Another advantage is that the apartment is so close to Manhattan, one train ride, 20 mins and you are in the heart of the city. In that subway ride we plan our day which is phenomenal in a time restrictred trip, you save time while you are getting to your destination by planning your day. Ah! And I loved the banna cake that was given as a welcome gift! I have been recommending it to all my friends, is such an easy and affordable way to travel. We love it!

A beautiful place in a nice, clean safe neighbourhood. And so easy to hop on one train and quickly get to Manhattan. I loved the decor and the backyard and found myself wishing I lived there! I highly recommend!

Can't recommend this lovely apartment more- it is in an arty, happening part of Brooklyn and the apartment is calm and serene. Beautifully done out- easy access to Manhattan on the subway over Brooklyn Bridge. It's ace.

Normalmente non lascio commenti negli appartamenti che prendo in affitto....e questa volta ne vale la pena.
Silenzioso, confortevole, bello, curato nei dettagli.....e ospitante.....
Il giardino e' magnifico..e le foto che vedi in questo sito non sono montaggi ....e' normale quotidiana situazione. Praticamente non trovi una bufala quando ci vai!
5 minuti a piedi e prendi la metro per essere in 30 minuti al centro di Manhattan.....sotto casa ( che e' in un posto sicuro, anche per rientrarci la sera tardi, ci sono tornato con i bimbi).....ci sono ristoranti e negozi di vario genere.....
Ci ritorno ogni volta che vado a NYC sia per piacere che per lavoro.
Ah, vicino c'e' anche il mare se in estate ti vuoi fare una sdraiata in spiaggia e divertirti pure lungo la spiaggia luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunga.

I have stayed in this apartment on multiple occasions and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. It's immaculate and gorgeously decorated. The owner has a knack for interior design and I appreciated how the colors and textures of the apartment and its furnishings meshed together to create a cohesive, aesthetically pleasing whole. It was a perfect oasis for resting after long, busy days in New York City. The apartment is also near the 2,3,4,5 subway lines which makes it especially convenient if you're plannning to spend a lot of time in Manhattan. I would definnitely stay here again and again!

Ah! The Garden! I was lucky to have some supersunny and warm October days, and the garden felt like vacationing in Bali. I read my book swaying in the hammock next to the little waterfall, we bbq-ed at night.
The apartment indoors is also very lovely. Cozy kitchen with a table to gather round and make plans for the day. All the beds are very comfy, and every room has it's own feel to is. Krista is a great decorator.
The neighbourhood has changed a lot over the years, for the better. There are a couple of great coffeebars, a very nice supermarket just at the subway, we even went to a filmfestival around the corner! It''s safe to walk around, and I can tell cause I walked there by myself at every imaginable hour. Excess to Manhatten is very easy, also at night.

Loved this space!
Lots of charm and tons of space! There is an amazing backyard as well with a hammock. It's just lovely to be there. And the owner is so nice! I wish I could live there!
Very convienient to the subway to get anywhere in NYC.
The neigborhood is trendy and fun and there are amazing shops and bars just a block away. Had the most amazing burger and beer (so Brooklyn!) and met a bunch of locals. They were all so friendly.
Great fancy mexican restaurant a block away too.

Absolutley loved staying at this gorgeous appartment in up and coming Crown Heights! It has a really relaxing vibe and I felt at home the moment I walked through the door. Loved the Thai oasis style garden and enjoyed relaxing in the wonderful hammock with a book, something that a freak heat wave allowed me to do even though it was October ;-)
Being a cook, the big kitchen was perfect for my culinary needs. The brand new bathroom, rain shower and Jacuzzi were also particulary welcome, especially after a hard day exploring NY!
Amazing breakfasts, fantastic restaurants (a great value new mexican place called Chavella's had just opened when I was there) are only minutes away. The subway is easily walking distance too. The only down point was having to leave.
