Next to my apartment on Independence Square, you will easily find restaurants, cafes, parks, art and cultural centers, excellent views. The apartment that we offer has a good repair and is located in a beautiful historic building on the 5th floor, the building has an elevator. The windows overlook the courtyard, so it is always quiet. The front door is closed on the chip.

The apartment has everything for your comfort and relaxation: comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV and stereo. Also, you will have access to: cable TV, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen, bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
  The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a historic building with high ceilings, central heating and a lift. It is very comfortable and fully furnished apartment. Parquet floor. Modern design provides maximum space, comfort and light. It consists of one room, a functional kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room includes a large double bed, sofa and chair, a wardrobe for storing clothes. There is a small TV with a lot of local and international channels, a place for laptop, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The living room windows overlook the courtyard. It has access to the balcony from this room. The apartment is always quiet and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: fridge with freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery. Bathroom consists of bath, washbasin with mirror above it and a toilet. There is a washing machine. If you turn off the hot water in the house, you will have an individual boiler for heating water.

Available for guests

You will have access to all the facilities that are in the apartment. Every 4-5 days in an apartment is a free cleaning service and linen change. Cable TV offers a choice of multiple channels including in foreign languages. Air conditioning will protect you from the heat.

Communication with guests

Communication with guests is held by correspondence by e-mail and phone. It is also very convenient to use Viber. In the event of technical problems, our staff can always drive up to you to solve the problem.

-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the tab Ask owner.  Early check-in and late check-out are an additional services, with is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-All our services in Kiev: additional cleaning, rent of additional apartment,  prolongation in apartment, transfers and etc. you can pay a credit card.
-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

It is the center of Kiev. The central street - Khreshchatyk, Maidan Nezalezhnosti famous square. Around there are many bars, restaurants, "Globus" shopping center, the central post offices, banks and exchange kiosks, and more.

To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km).  In the event of your early arrival and late departure, we strongly recommend you to use our transfer, as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone. Meeting at the airport and transfer costs 30 EURO or 35 USD.
