62 m2 apartment set on 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, bookshelves, cd player, cupboard, kitchen corner, wondow;
KITCHEN
Open on the living room, with gas stove, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With double bed, bedside table, TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, washbasin, hair dryer, wc;

Independent heating, TV,  dvd player, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, ipod station, internet WiFi. Bike, cot and computer on request ( 6 euros/ day) , extra single bed on request, no elevator.

My just renovated 62 sm apartment is located on the third floor in old building in a silent and green court yard few steps from the beautiful Landwehrkanal at the border between Nord Neukölln and Berlin-Kreuzberg.
The apartment has high celing, wooden floor, fully equiped kitchen with gas stove, electric owen, dishwasher,washing machine, boiler, toaster, coffe machine, moka machine, ironing board and iron bathroom with shower, a 140/200 double bed, and a cozy 140/200 bedsofa (extra single bed on demand).
Free Wifi, TV with DVD player, stereo, radio.
Fresh towels and fresh bed sheets are included.
On demand computer, baby cot and bikes (6€ per day)
Final cleaning is 30€.

We can offer you a washing service, € 7.- per machine (iron is also n the flat) and extra cleaning during you stay for, 10€ per hour.
In the apartment you'll find several information about Berlin, maps and guides and if there is anything missing, just let me know and I will try my best to take care of it. I live in the same building.

Public parking is available just in from of the building.

NEIGHBOURHOOD:

The apartment is located in the trendy scene rising at the border of Kreuzberg and Nord Neukölln (known as Kreuzkölln) in the middle of the multicultural Berlin scene. Few meter away from the charming Landwehrkanal. “Kreuzköln” is now really booming, with bars, cafes, galleries and restaurants opening almost every week.
The attractive Turkish takes place every Tuesday and Friday along the Canal where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, meat or eating a delicious kebab watching one of the canal-side live jam sessions.
3 Parks are within walking distance (including the former Historical Airport Berlin Tempelhof)
You will find all the public transportation that you need in order to get through Berlin. In 2 minutes walk you can reach the metro station U8, U7 and Bus M29 (which is quite special because it passes by the Jewish Museum, Checkpoint Charlie, the Martin Gropius Bau, Potsdamer Platz, the New National Gallery and the KuDamm).
There are many super markets in the area (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Karstadt in Hermanplatz (10 min away) a Bio LPG, many kiosks open all night long and many bakeries (one in the building!) cafes and a variety of international restaurants, for each taste and every budget.
Within walking distance from the apartment there are also design shops, vintage stores, book shops, galleries and boutiques.
The atmosphere in the streets of the multicultural neighborhood is very cozy, friendly and alive, much more real and beautiful of other parts of the city.
Here you can experience the real Berlin nightlife in bars and clubs, all in within walking distance: Weserstraße, Hobrechtstrasse, Ohlauerstrasse, Reichenbergerstrasse and Kottbussertor. And during the summer Club Der Visionäre and Badeschiff are really close.
There are lots of cinemas in the area that screen film in orginal language (many even open air).

DIRECTIONS:
From airport Tegel TXL :

1) a taxi for about 30€ and 30 minutes ride
2) a bus to Alexanderplatz and from there the metro U8 direction Hermannstrasse till Schönleinstrasse (50 mins). From the metro station take the Sanderstrasse from Kottbusserdamm, walk till the end (2 mins) and you will end up in front of Friedelstrasse 30.

From airport Schönefeld:
1) a taxi for about 25€ and 25 minutes ride
2) the Bus #171 till Hermanplatz and then from there 10 mins by foot.
3) Bus Rudow express till the metro station U7 Rodow till hermannplatz.

From Hauptbahnof (main station):
Train to Alexanderplatz and from there metro U8 direction Hermannstrasse till Schönleinstrasse (50 mins).
